空港に早朝に着く便でしたがアーリーチェックインに快く対応をしていただいて、お迎えまで来てくれた対応に感動した。 またナイロビに来た際は是非利用させて頂きたいと思う。 お湯というお湯は出ないので身体の弱い方はそこだけ注意が必要かも！

Rooms are so clean and the shower is powerful and hot good amenities in the room and excellent WiFi throughout the hotel Credit must go to Nancy the manager and the restaurant and bar lady Joyce they above and beyond on my stay and always served with a smile It is rare to get hotel staff who stop for a chat but overall all the staff were good I would 200% re commend this hotel even over the large hotel chains near the airport Would be a nice option if they had a pasta dish on the menu but the breakfast is great value and filling Will stay here again for sure when next in Niarobi

The hotel in itself was okay, and the staff was nice. The food on the restaurant was okay. The mosquito net around the bed could not be completely close on the sides. The fan on the bathroom made a lot of noice and it started when we turned on the lights. This was a problem during the night. The door to the hallroom had a mosquitonet on the top, so we could hear everyone on the outside. It costed 2000 KES to get a taxi from the hotel to the airport (20 minutes drive).

Overall I had a good time, the staff were friendly and responded timely when I needed them during my short stay.

Don’t sleep on this place. I was an uneasy when we pulled up. But this place was clean, the staff were very supportive, the food was awesome and customer service was excellent.

The room was clean and the staff was nice, but the guests arriving at night couldn't be quiet at all.

The staff made the stay delightful. They were always ready to help or answer questions. The room was very comfortable and the distance to the airport was good.

Everything was OK for me except with the breakfast where I asked for it to be packaged for me but was not done. I believe this could have been a communication issue with the receptionist who was there at night passing the information to the one who took over in the morning because I was told it was possible but it was not done.

Nice Room Friedly Service The airport shuttle is not free, but costs 20 dollars. Alterntive would be Uber which is 5 Dollar, as really close to airport

The Hotel is close to the Airport and good value for money. However it is in neet of modernisation and the area suffers from polution from vehicles and cars.

Nice transfer hotel when you have a transfer night in Nairobi Airport. Staff is very friendly and the roof top bar is a nice place to have a drink before bed time

The room was lovely. Coffee and tea in the room with a hot pot was a treat. I enjoyed my one night.

The hotel itself was amenable enough, but the surrounding area was scary. Also, no hot water in the shower.

We booked this hotel because it was so close to the airport and had shuttle service. Our flight arrived an hr late at 11pm at night and the shuttle was there waiting. Proximity to the airport took less than 15 min. Very nice shuttle driver- Juan. The surcharge for the service was more than we expected- about a third of the room itself- both ways. But, it made late night and early departure very easy. There is a rooftop grill. Very good food and drinks. Reasonably priced. There was a good view of the surrounding area. I read previous reviews, and yes it is in a noisy area. It was tolerable until Saturday night. There is a club a couple blocks away. Very loud music started at about 8 pm and was still playing at 3:30am when we left Sunday morning. No sleep that night. If your stay includes a Saturday night, I would pass on this property unless you like to go clubbing.
