Nice service, room, and receptionists

空港に早朝に着く便でしたがアーリーチェックインに快く対応をしていただいて、お迎えまで来てくれた対応に感動した。 またナイロビに来た際は是非利用させて頂きたいと思う。 お湯というお湯は出ないので身体の弱い方はそこだけ注意が必要かも！

Greit flyplasshotell, bare en kort taxi tur unna. Det luktet ganske dårlig på rommene. Det var ikke varmt vann i dusjen. Alt i alt et greit hotell til den prisen.

This place is a God send. Close to the airport. Very clean. Staff are wonderful. So friendly and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. Roof top restaurant has truly great tasting food and huge servings, as well as breakfast which is cooked fresh for you as you like it, served either in the room or the restaurant. It's also very safe. Security in the hotel is very strict. 3 supermarkets within 600 metres. One 24hrs. I'll be back!!! God bless all the staff.

They forgot to collect me, the wifi buffered a bit but was mostly ok. Breakfast very acceptable, lights in the room were a bit dim

das Frühstück war gut, das Personal freundlich,Rooftop-Restaurant schön und sauber, ich wollte ein late-check-out(da mein Flug erst am Abend ist),lt.Management =4000 kes,finde ich zuviel, zumal das Hotel leer war.

This hotel was a big surprise. It did not look very welcoming from the outside but it was clean, comfortable and well furnished and stocked with the usual ammenties. I would recommend it.

My driver who takes people daily to the airport and hotels around the airport could not find the hotel. He drove by several times and said it was in a very bad area and that I shouldn't stay there.

Room well nice, ac didn’t work and they tried to charge me extra for having a friend visit for a brief time.

Rooms are so clean and the shower is powerful and hot good amenities in the room and excellent WiFi throughout the hotel Credit must go to Nancy the manager and the restaurant and bar lady Joyce they above and beyond on my stay and always served with a smile It is rare to get hotel staff who stop for a chat but overall all the staff were good I would 200% re commend this hotel even over the large hotel chains near the airport Would be a nice option if they had a pasta dish on the menu but the breakfast is great value and filling Will stay here again for sure when next in Niarobi

The hotel in itself was okay, and the staff was nice. The food on the restaurant was okay. The mosquito net around the bed could not be completely close on the sides. The fan on the bathroom made a lot of noice and it started when we turned on the lights. This was a problem during the night. The door to the hallroom had a mosquitonet on the top, so we could hear everyone on the outside. It costed 2000 KES to get a taxi from the hotel to the airport (20 minutes drive).
