It was clean and staffs were kind.

The lodge is in a peaceful area, but very close to the city. Staff is great and always ready to accomplish to every request. The chef is not just preparing delicious meals, they are also artists.

Confortable stay in Victoria Falls. Apart from a few minor niggles which are perfectly understandable for a country struggling economically, we would recommend staying here.

What a fabulous Lodge. I stayed here for three nights and I absolutely loved it. The place is clean, It’s quiet and it’s so pretty. The staff are amazing. They’re so friendly and so attentive. I had such a great time and would love to come back. Its a little way from town but for me that was perfect. After doing lots of daily trips, there was no desire to go anywhere in the evening. The food at the restaurant was great. The bar has everything you need and the rooms are so nice. Overall, it was so relaxing and perfect.

This is a beautiful place. Rooms are lovely; modern, tasteful and spacious. The staff is absolutely wonderful, they were always available and willing to help with whatever was needed. Restaurant dinner was very good, with excellent service. Breakfasts were great. Highly recommend this really special gem of a hotel in Zimbabwe. They made everything very easy, from transport to Vic Falls to restaurants, to making reservations for the sunset dinner cruise. It is truly full service and the staff could not be more kind and accommodating.

Wonderful lodge in VicFalls. Rooms are spacious and modern, the pool and bar area are just beautiful. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Value for money is excellent. We stayed at the lodge as a family for one night and everyone loved the place.

Excellent staff, nicely maintained property and conveniently located.

The proprty and staff were lovely. Not as close to town as it appeared on the map but taxis were freely available and quite cheap. Rooms were airconditioned but would have preferred a fan and would be much more economical for the property. Tea and coffee facilities in the room but NO FRIDGE for milk, so little point. Had to go to the lounge if we wanted to make a drink. Overall though really liked the guesthouse.

Lovely Guest House with beautiful grounds. Our triple room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very gracious and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

If I ever return to VF I will be staying here! The food tasted better than the popular restaurants, the staff was so nice. Everything was perfect.

The ambience was exactly what I expected, and i lived it. It was rustic but with all the modern amenities. The complimentary breakfasts were divine - particularly the avocado salad. But the entire buffet was awesome. I liked that I could book the tours (Dinner cruise and Chobe tour) through PheZulu. Last, but no ways least, is the staff. They could not have been more welcoming, accommodating, helpful, etc. PheZulu is a jewel I would recommend to anyone who will be visiting Victory Falls.
