旧市街にあるお勧めのホテル

男性のスタッフ対応が悪い口コミもありましたが、声が大きく体が大きいだけで優しかったです。 また利用しようと思います

着く15分前には連絡してほしいとのことだったので、コトルに早めに着いて何時に行けばいいかメールを送ったら、間をおかずにすぐに返事が来て安心しました。その日はオーナーさんは不在でしたが電話でスタッフさんに指示を出して早い時間にチェックインさせてくれてました。 場所は旧市街の真ん中でとてもにぎやかです。レビューにもあるように近くのお店の音楽や喧騒は聞こえてきますが気になるほどではなかったです。 ( 神経質な方は避けた方がいいかも知れませんね。) 部屋はキッチン付きのリビングダイニングとベッドルームにわかれていて、とても広くてきれいでした。 洗面所の排水溝のふたが閉まってしまい、日本のもののように上に開閉レバーがついてなかったので、もしかして壊してしまったのかなと不安になり、翌朝出掛けてる間に治してもらえるようドアノブにメッセージの紙を残して出掛けました。 午後に部屋に戻るとオーナーの息子さんが部屋に入らず待っていてくれて、すぐに使い方を教えてくれました。 開閉レバーはシンクの下の戸棚を開けた所のパイプの横に付いていたんですね！私が戻って来るまで部屋に入らずずっと待ってて下さったなんて、本当に驚きました。その日はたぶん女性スタッフが不在だったので気を遣って下さったのでしょうか。 言葉遣いも態度もとても紳士的で丁寧で、このアパートメントの評価が一気に上がりました。

立地は最高

到着後に鍵をもらうために電話かwhat's upで連絡をする必要があります。私の場合は下の猫グッズの店にお願いして連絡をしてもらいました。 5分ぐらいで駆けつけてくれます。 共通のドア鍵と部屋鍵を渡されました。 冬で寒かったので事前にエアコンをつけて温めてくれており感動。 部屋: アパートメント式の部屋でキッチンが付いていました。(電子レンジはなし) Wifiも快適な速度。 場所: 城壁内で便利、登山口近く。 オーナーが丁寧に説明してくれ、非常に良かったです。

コトルの城郭の中にあるアパートメントで、オーナーはとても気さくで、フレンドリーでした。部屋は広く、ベッドルームとダイニングキッチンに分かれていて、快適でした。夜遅くまで旧市街で遊べ、バスターミナルへも徒歩１５分ほでの立地で便利でした。

部屋は広く、設備は整っていたが、ボイラーの容量が小さく、バスタブを満たそうとすると途中で冷水に変わってしまう。オーナーが教えて呉れたレストランは価格はリーズナブルで、料理は良好だった。

綺麗で部屋も広く、快適でした。 立地も旧市街の中にあって便利なのに、値段も安く、本当にありがたかったです。 僕らの他に余りお客さんがいないみたいだったのは意外でした。 もっと人気が出てもおかしくない宿でした。

アパートメントタイプなので、部屋の中のダイニングにキッチンや冷蔵庫があり、お湯も沸かせます。 廊下には共同の洗濯乾燥機があり、洗濯できるのも嬉しい。 場所が少し分かりにくいが、世界遺産の旧市街なので、しょうがない。近くのお店の人に聞いて教えてもらいましょう。 洗濯乾燥機が、使い方が非常に難しい。チェックインの時にホテルの人にやってもらいましょう。 ホテルの外鍵が開かなくて10分以上格闘しました。総合的に見て、満足です。また泊まりたい。

I am writing this to offer a serious counter-perspective to the positive reviews here. While the location in the Old Town is central, do not assume this guarantees a professional or comfortable experience. Our stay was defined by unprovoked aggression from the host and a lack of basic utilities. 1. Unacceptable Host Conduct: The property’s reputation relies on 'host helpfulness,' but our experience was the opposite. Upon arrival, we encountered a jammed main door—a significant access and safety concern. When I called the host ('D') to resolve this, instead of assistance, I was yelled at and berated over the phone. Being shouted at by a proprietor while stranded at check-in is professionally inexcusable. It set a distressing tone for the entire trip. 2. Micromanagement of Utilities: Do not expect a comfortable long shower here. Hot water availability was severely limited. What makes this worse is the host’s controlling attitude toward the amenities; we were explicitly instructed not to touch the water heating geyser and forced to leave it on 'Eco mode.' You are effectively paying for a cold shower so the host can save a few cents on electricity. 3. Non-Functional WiFi: If you need to work, check emails, or plan your itinerary, look elsewhere. The WiFi signal was dismal and practically unusable throughout our stay. In 2025, reliable internet is a basic requirement, not a luxury. The issue was thick stone walls but surely there are WiFi boosters out there ?

Beautiful apartment and amazing location!

If I could give this 0 out of 5 stars I would, but unfortunately that is not an option. This was by far the worst hospitality experience I’ve had in years First of all, if you have a car and you’re looking to park onsite, there is no onsite parking not even for the €20 fee stated in the Expedia description. This became the pain-point of this entire experience. The host of this property was incredibly rude and should not be allowed to host on this platform if he continues treating customers the way I was treated. My conversation with him over whatsapp degenerated into him calling me names and hurling expletives at me all simply because I dared to ask for the parking in the description which is what I paid for. All of this happened the night before my stay, so quite understandably, I didn't feel comfortable staying there, so I didn't. I cannot speak to the on-site experience here, but having such a poor experience before arrival probably wouldn't have been positive experience

Our room was spacious, clean, good location.

Great location with paid public parking a short walk away. Unit was very comfortable and very clean. But, beware the wine bar right across from the apartments. The first night (Wednesday) the music was loud enough I think all of Kotor could hear and ended at midnight. Thankfully, the second night the volume was much lower and ended at 10pm. We were in apartments 1 and 4 which did not face the wine bar so that helped a bit. Also, the washer is not in the apartment but shared and on the second floor.

The apartment and check in were wonderful. Unfortunately there is a wine bar at the bottom of the steps and they had set up at DJ booth outside and blasted music until someone went and screamed at them just before midnight. We had to leave early for a big drive the next day and if we had known about the noise we would have not stayed there. But it is beautiful.

Very polished apartment in great location. Missing hotel amenities such as breakfast, coffee….

Gostei muito! Localização ótima, o quarto pra família era ótimo! Para passar alguns dias explorando essa cidade vale muito a pena
