Mark and Anna were incredibly welcoming, and Mark gave me great pointers for how to get around and the top things to see during my short stay. I hope to get back to stay there again!!

The Mustard Tree is a well-run B&B which combines old-world charm with modern facilities. Located very close to the bustling St Ives on breathtaking Carbis Bay, it should definitely be a preferred choice of stay for travellers. Our genial host Mark was attentive to our needs and provided us with a hearty breakfast each day. The B&B is spotlessly clean and has a parking space too. Highly recommended!

Very clean modern bedrooms. Lovely hot showers. Very helpful host with advice on request. Very good choices for breakfast. Easy parking for free at rear of property. Great restaurant so close to property. Good bus & train links into St. Ives or 35 min walk.

Mark the host could not have been better or nicer . Went out of his way to help . Where a laundry was, he said please give me your things. I’ll wash them for you.- and then when I came back to my room, they had been hung in my wardrobe. He went above and beyond in all areas very impressive thanks again, Mark.

Enjoyed our stay

Mark and Anna were impeccable hosts and couldn’t do enough to help us with our stay. Would highly recommend the Mustard Tree. Far enough out of the town to be out the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk. Ideally situated near a bus stop and the train station. What more could you want. Excellent service 👍

Ideal for our short stay in mid-April. The short train trip along the coast to St Ives was beautiful.

We had a lovely stay at The Mustard Tree. Mark and Anna were excellent hosts, and our room was spotless. Breakfast was cooked to order and very good. Mark and Anna both worked really hard to ensure we had everything we needed. We look forward to returning.
