新しくも、豪華でもありませんが、必要なものは全て揃っています。オーナーもスタッフも寡黙ですが、とても温かい雰囲気で必要なサポートを適切に行なってくれます。私達は長期滞在を終えて帰国する予定でこのホテルに泊まったので多くのスーツケースがあったのですが、荷物預かりや大型タクシー手配などのサポートもしてくれました。またマエブールやブルーベイへのアクセス方法も適切に教えてくれたので観光もできました。モーリシャスでの最後の数日をこのホテルで過ごすことが出来たのはとても良い経験でした。

Very friendly

Nous avons terminé notre séjour a l'île Maurice ici, afin d'être près de l'aéroport. La chambre était cosy et fonctionnelle. Il ne manquait rien. Le petit déjeuner change tous les jours et on s'est régalées !!! Beaucoup de gentillesse et d'attention a notre égard. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Comfortable, private, clean, serene, entire staff was delightful, rooms were clean, and complimentary breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended. Hope to return there some day.

The room was great. There was a small fridge and a small desk. There is no kitchen. The "fan" in the aircondition was unfortunately broken, however with a piece of tape, we could fix it. The bathroom was great with a toilet and shower.

Ein Blitz sauberer Hotel mit freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal. Geräumige Zimmer mit Balkon, Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer in Unterkunft und mit allem nötigem ausgestattete Küche 👍Sehr einfach von Flughafen mit dem Bus für kleines Geld zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle 3 Minuten zu Fuß, gute Einkaufscenter mit Supermarkt, Apotheke und geldautomat gerade 350 m weg. Frühstück frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Ich kann es nur empfehlen und freue mich auf mein nächstes Aufenthalt🙂

Let's start with the positive notes. It is ridiculously cheap, the breakfast is cooked and varied everyday, the room is spacious and there are complimentary toiletries. On the other side, however, I have to point out that the room was never cleaned during my stay (3 nights), all the plugs are of the british kind (thank God they gave me an adapter), no complimentary water, just a single glass bottle (probably of tap water) provided at the beginning, awful location, in the suburbs of mahebourg, (you have to walk at least 15 minutes to get to mahebourg, 1 hour to get to blue bay) and, most importantly (even more important than the room never been cleaned) is the unfriendlyness showed by every member of the staff. I mean, when I arrived no one smiled at me, the indian big lady had me do 2 flights of stairs carrying two bags, without even pretending to give me a hand (in the other b&b a very old lady helped me with the big suitcase), no smiles during the breakfast, nothing asked like "how was your stay?" when I left. Hospitality is not a job suited for everyone, I'm not saying that you actually have to care for every single one of your guests, but at least you have to pretend. If you can't even make the effort to pretend, then you're in the wrong line of business. And, since your b&b is definitely not the best one in the area, and the area itself is kinda lame, you should try to improve.

Excellent service

Huoneemme siivottiin vain yhden kerran 8 yön majoituksen aikana. Ensimmäisestä tarjotusta siivouksesta kieltäydyimme itse, koska emme olleet juurikaan hotellilla, eikä huone sotkunut. Sen jälkeen otimme siivouksen, joka oli hyvä. Tämän jälkeen ei tullut siivousta vaikka olisi pitänyt (siivous oli luvattu joka toinen päivä). Tyhjentelimme itse roskiksia ja kävin hakemassa wc-paperia yleisestä vessasta. Toisaalta uskon, että jos olisimme vaatineet, olisimme saaneet siivouksia. Kun wc-paperi jälleen loppui (kuten myös saippua ja roskapussit) sain niitä kun menin pyytämään. Vinkkinä siis mainittakoon, että ei kannata kieltäytyä yhdestäkään siivouksesta :) Hotelli oli todella edullinen ottaen huomioon, että aamupala kuului hintaan (24 euroa/yö/2 hlö). Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä. Saaren paras snorklausranta oli lähin ranta. Vuokra-auto ehdoton, koska rannalle matkaa. Hotelli oli sievä. Altaan vesi oli puhdasta. Miljöö oli miellyttävä. Ilmastointi oli hyvä. Aamupala oli hyvä.

Nous avons séjourné 6 jours mon épouse et moi-même dans cet établissement. Le personnel est au petit soin, toujours disponible et souriant. L'établissement est bien situé et calme. Le petit déjeuner est toujours copieux, fait à la minute et tous les jours variés. Nous recommandons vivement le Bovallon. Encore merci à cette belle équipe.

Thank you to the staff for being very friendly and hospitable. This B&B is in a central location very close to blue bay. It is very safe and has good parking options. The room is clean and nice for short or long term stay. Breakfast was delicious and they have a different offering everyday. Thank you again.
