買い物や食事が出来る街までの道が急勾配で大変。部屋には冷蔵庫が無い。部屋に小さな虫が多い。 シャンプー等の追加が無い。

Wonferful staff and service

Very good

Colonial design with modern amenities.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was very calming and relaxing. It is essentially located to most attractions in the area. Most of the reviews talked about the noise, but I didn’t experience that which was amazing. We’ll definitely stay here again.

This is a unique small boutique hotel. The taxi I had arranged from the airport to the hotel never showed up even though I had the confirmation in writing. The welcome drink was never delivered to the restaurant for me. My room had water on the bathroom floor when I checked in. I waited over 75 minutes for two tacos to be served. Sounds bad so why did I give it 5 stars?! I gave it five stars because the hotel was actually very quant. It was kept pretty clean for being an older building. The people were lovely and nice. It was a convenient location. The food was very good. It was quiet and relaxing. The view was lovely. Looking at the island I felt like this was a gem and I was happy I selected it. The people knew my name after day one and each time I returned I was warmly welcomed. I would recommend it.

The property is clean, modern, and beautiful. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and warm.

Oh please don’t stay at this hotel. The pictures look good but the reality is different. The place smells like mold, the pool area is neglected and old (you’re on your own to find dry cushions), and breakfast will take 30 minutes (if it arrives at all). Reception staff seems to be absent most of the time and when you ring the bell someone might shout at you from the restaurant (and the cab that you asked for might not arrive at all). Worst of all was the mattress and pillows. If the room wasn’t 200 USD a night I wouldn’t have written this review but at this price tag I expect some value and service. Sorry and thank you.

Very quaint and exactly the quiet joy we needed

I spent a few wonderful days at Grenadine House. The team made me feel really welcome and I quickly made friends with other guests. Room was good, Food was good (St. Vincentian Breakfast ftw), Team were great! A special place.

The rooms are comfortable with good facilities. Staff at this hotel are very helpful and friendly. They are very accommodating with travel arrangements, which allowed us to keep our room longer than check out on both of our last two visits which was much appreciated. The restaurant is very good and in an attractive setting. Will go back when we travel to St Vincent again.

Amazing place....would highly recommend

We stayed here for one night after arriving early evening from the UK ahead of our ferry crossing to Bequia the following morning. Staff were very welcoming and our room was spacious and perfectly adequate for a short stay but we found the bed extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were very thin and the mattress was lumpy and unsupportive. Breakfast the next morning was great and whilst the pool area appeared tired, it was pleasant to sit in the sun until it was time to leave for our ferry. Good location for Kingstown amenities and port.

Hotel is centrally located in Kingston. Walk able for downtown and the Botanical Gardens. Service was great, friendly and helpful. Food was excellent.

Eccellente location con vista sul centro città. Camera bellissima con l unica eccezione dei tappetini un po’ andati. Personale bravissimo solo che mi hanno chiesto di pagare il conto la sera prima del check out. Cibo buonissimo!
