It's overall unkind. And the interior is renovated and somewhat clean but there were mosquitoes and fly in room. Also, there were cats and chickens outside. About staff, there was only one who is kindness. And, why do not they do housekeeping everyday?

クリスマスに二泊しました。空港からホテルまでタクシーで7ドル、スーツケース4ドルです。丘の上にありますが、ダウンタウンまで歩くことができます。レストランは夜景が綺麗で評判もいいみたいでしたが、予約できませんでした。部屋は清潔で備品も揃って快適でしたが、お湯の温度が低かったこと、エレヴェーターがない棟で荷物を自分たちで運ぶのは大変でした。値段を考えると満足できるホテルでした。

Very nice hotel.

Great views and scenery around. However, could not charge meals to room at restaurant. Also, I had an early morning flight (7.30 a.m.) to St. Croix and was assured by the front desk that I could order a taxi when checking out. Found out on the morning that the front desk didn't open until 7.00 a.m. The security did not know how to order a taxi. Finally they arranged for a staff member to take me to the airport. A resort on this scale should have 24 hour front desk service, and all areas which may come into contact with the guests should be knowledgeable about accessing services for the guests.

The food was phenomenal. Brandon, bar tender was a stand out and super friendly. Overall, the property could use an overhaul in some of the buildings. But it’s a beautiful view and great, central location

Overall the stay was pleasant. We loved exploring the castle and the views were great. The room were newly renovated and really cool after a hot day. The workout area was great and has 24 hour access. They only had one room key per room and limited towels per day which was difficult.

This property is truly on a Hilltop and the view from our room was beautiful. We could see the city and cruise ships docking down the hill. The restaurant in sight was a bonus and the staff was very helpful. I would stay again.

10/10 recommend this place was beautiful the staff was nice and it’s not far from all the hot spots to explore

The views were amazing, the only downfall is the towel system that they have set up if you’re staying for a . Other than that, very nice.

Very nice property, well equipped suite, just bring your suitcase & you're home. Beautiful view. Restaurant & convenience store on-site, food was delicious, complimentary Coffee & Water in lobby. Bring coffee/creamer for your in-room coffee maker! Pool was wonderful & view breathtaking. Taxis onsite & available $6 per person. Walking wasnt the best & safest idea, we did it once. Friendly & helpful staff . Theres parking, seemed busier on weekends though. My only complaint is some of the women working the front desk staff could be friendlier.

Great location, hotel was clean and quiet. Check-in was quick and staff were polite Minutes from shops, food and tons of tourist sights. You will need a car! The hills are steep

We had a wonderful time staying at Bluebeard's castle. It was centrally located and loved the viewed there.

Nice room, great view, restaurant was terrific. Roosters crowing outside our door at 4am was annoying but they’re everywhere on the island so part of the experience

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, exactly what I was hoping for during my stay. However, the experience at the front desk left much to be desired. The agents seemed uninterested and lacked the warmth or attentiveness typically expected in a hospitality setting. A more welcoming and professional attitude would have made a big difference in the overall experience.

Only 2 towels. Need to set them outside to be washed.
