スタッフの方々はいつも笑顔で親切にしてくれました。ボート、ゲームサファリが市内よりは値は張りますがそれでもとても安く内容も大満足でした！テント泊にしましたが、ファンもライトもしっかりとあり、広々でよかったです。ただ古いためかチャックがスムーズに閉まらなかったのがちょっとマイナス。

A SAFARI sense is big and the staff in a hotel is quite friendly, too. The various tours are also very reasonable and pleasant.

チョベでのサファリを目的に一泊だけ宿泊しました。旅行期間中の一番高いホテルでしたが、チョベ周辺のホテルは価格が高いので、周辺ホテルと比較すると安かった方だと思います。朝早く出発しなくてはならず朝食について相談した所、快く持ち帰り用の朝食を準備してくれました。コテージ風のホテルで可愛いホテルでした。

清潔、ホテルの従業員が親切で良いロッジでした。ゲームドライブ、ボートサファリ、ビクトリアフォールズへの1 DAY tripなどのアクティビティもホテルの受付で申込みできます。サファリは1回2000-3000円くらいと安価なので、滞在中4回行きました。 難点はお湯が出ないことでしたが、夏に行ったので問題はありませんでした。

ホテルのお姉さんの対応がかなりいいかげん。 予約してたツアーも集合時間に言ったら、ダメだと言う。 他にも全てがいい加減。ホテルはいいが、スタッフの対応が恐ろしくいい加減。

リーズナブルな価格で十分な施設が使えました。 テント宿泊でしたが、申し分なし。レストラン、バー、プールなど、施設も充実しています。

周辺のロッジと比較して手頃な価格です。 スタッフはフレンドリー。部屋もまぁまぁ。 でも水がタンクに貯めてるのか、朝に出なくなります。 しっかり計算したわけではないのですが、プラで支払いをした方がかなり安くなる気がします。町の銀行で両替する事をお勧めします。

I was in a safari tent for 3 nights. A great value! You have to ask for towels. They were not in the room. Staff were wonderful. Place was clean and the outdoor bathroom was charming.

My tent was clean and the staff were very nice. My “amenities” included toilet paper, 4 condoms, but no bath towel! Outdoor bathroom was lovely, but the overhang did not cover the toilet, so when it rained…….

This was my second time using this place and the same disappoint came again- the horrible boat cruise experience. The first time some years ago we were stuck in middle of a river, had to plead with a passing boat to jump in, I had an infant and my mother and wife. No apology whatsoever came. This time around . Another of their terrible boat cruise offering jammed with us and struggled to move untill it was literally dark and the only one left, What bothers me is that nobody apologised for all this trauma.

The garden surrounds and leafy setting around the accommodation were lovely. The soft furnishings in the restaurant areas were tired and a bit grubby. Dinner and breakfast was uninspiring with ordinary presentation. We found a restaurant in town that served much better food. We stayed in a glamping tent, which was fine. Suggest that the tents need a mirror in the bathroom and a bedside table. Towel racks or hooks in the bathroom would have enabled towels to dry. Staff were attentive and friendly.

This is a wonderful place to stay! Great food, great rooms, great people! Could not have been happier.

Want Tranquility, smartness and utmost hospitality, think Kwalape. It took two days to fix the drain from the shower in room 8, though.

Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful forest amongst the lodges. Easy to set up rides to Victoria Falls and Chobe park. A must stay!

Stay away guys! I got terrible bed bugs in two of their tents. The first time it happened to me in Africa. The management didn’t care and didn’t offer any compensation.

The bathroom of our tend had no roof and is the rain season. Terrible experience. We checked-out 2 days before and change lodge but I’m steel waiting for the refound from Expedia. Terrible! Never again
