ここのホテルはスタッフ全員が優しく丁寧で、特別な時間を提供してくれました。チェックイン時間や朝食の時間など、私のスケジュールに合わせて対応してくれました。設備もとても素敵で部屋はゴージャスでゆっくりくつろぐ事が出来ました。こんな体験なかなか出来ません。 最後に、チェックアウトの際にタクシーが来なくて困っていた私わ助けてくれてありがとう。皆様のおかげで無事にフライトに間に合いました。感謝しています。

Everything was wonderful! The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was large, spotless, and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amritsar!

Yes, it was excellent in many aspects.

The food was amazing and the staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful and insistant on us trying the indian food classics which was exactly what we wanted. The facilities were great, pool area was beautiful and spa looked great, unfortunately we didnt have time to try it. We have been to a lot of good hotels in other countries and this was up there with the best. Best part of the hotel was definitely the staff and also a mention to the driver on the courtesy transport to the Golden Temple, he managed to be on time to the minute, no matter the traffic. My wife and l loved this hotel. 6 stars.

Staff were wonderful, excellent dining experience. Very nice swimming pool and spa area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Staff - from kitchen to every staff member, it was a fantastic experience. The property is also in excellent condition and well maintained.

Near the Airport, large hotel with good facilities. Not impressed that the 2 bars they had were both closed due to “low occupancy”

Wonderful stay

This hotel lived up to 5 star expectation. Service was excellent Food delicious and easy access to attractions and airport. This an old Maharja Palace and was just beautiful.

Nice hotel with excellent facilities. Staff is very attentive & polite. We will be revisiting next time we are back in Amritsar

Really liked the open space around the hotel to walk around.

I wish I could Have given 6 stars . From check in , to check out and every thing in between like food ,service , gym etc every thing is just perfect. Food is fantastic.

Lovely grounds, attentive staff. Good location for airport. Great breakfast

The staff was very friendly and courteous. A speical shout out to Anish, Alisha, Jaspreet, Daljeet, Munish for making the check in and check out process seamless. The only suggestion that I would have is a courtesy pickup and drop off to and from the airport just for ease of travel. Even though taxi and uber services are available but there were a lot of hustlers with different prices. It just gets overwhelming for first time travelers.
