El desayuno es a las 7 pero a esa hora sale la mayoría de personas , deberían comenzar a las 6 por los que van de viaje !

I rented the hotel for 3 people we only had 2 towels. I had ask to security guard, which was on the front desk gor 1 extra towel and he told thay it was an extra charge..also was supposed included breakfast but it was never made cooking lady didn't show up.

Clean room. The included breakfast could have been better.

El hotel esta bien, limpio y comodo. Los alrededores y el barrio muy feos y sucios.

No central air conditioning outside of the room. The metal roof insulates the heat, with no release. This risks illness when exiting an air unconditioned room. Having said that, on a positive note, the staff was very welcoming. The problem is with the infrastructure.

Good location. Super nice staff. Breakfast was delicious and had many options, cereal, eggs, meat, cheese, yogurt, fruit, toast... Lil restaurant downstairs has excellent food.. the view of the traffic circle and city was entertaining, and the mountains in the background, lovely Safe parking in the basement. 5 stars for sure

Dangerous part of La Ceiba, road was blockaded by pickup trucks and we were unable to reach the hotel. Hotel refused to provide a refund although Expedia helped out with One Key points
