Clean room

Muy extraño que no sirviera la terminal para pagar la tarifa. Tuve que pagar en efectivo. Eso me dio cierta inseguridad, pues yo ya tenía mi método de pago definitivo. Al cliente antes de mi, si le aceptaron el pago via terminal.

The toilet on the first room we got was not clean. They gave us a second room which had a terrible smell. The third one was ok but the mattress was hard as stone, on the breakfast we heard others complaining about the mattress as well.

Good Location

El desayuno se me hizo bien, solo que si hace falta limpieza y que este un poco caliente porque no lo estaba y hacia falta utensilio para la comida . El estacionamiento se me hizo bien.

The room smelled kind of bad but it wasn’t an issue. Breakfast was good. I usually stay here and the smell isn’t a usual issue

Good location, area was safe and the hotel was up to expectations. Price was reasonable.

COMO YA SE HAN DE HABER ENTERADO, SE INUNDO ES EL COLMO ESTE SAN CARLOS, 4 VECES ME HAN QUEDADO MAL, PERO ESTA VEZ QUE PENSE QUE ERA POR QUE NO RESERVABA EN UN HOTEL SERIO, SALEN CON QUE SE INUNDO Y QUE ESTA CLAUSURADO.

El hotel tuvo problemas con su sistema contra hincendios y todos cuartos se les metió el agua y tuvimos que evacuar ya que llegó protección civil. Hasta el momento no hemos recibido algún correo de la empresa y no nos han reembolsado el dinero.

It was ok the parking,and breakfast ok, we have a bad situation today around 4 AM I HEAR A NOISE BY THE WALL LIKE WATER RUNNING IN THE WALL AND SELLING, so I went to take a shower around 5 AM when I’m done with my shower the room was full of water in the floor ? And I was in shock and the reception or staff not answering so I do open the room door and it was the same full of water until half of my legs? So I take my mom with me and my suitcases my mother and I have a in accident tree week ago so I have to carry my mom and my suitcases my mother was so scared she is 93 years old and after that the alarms started but that set, we was outside of the hotel every body and until now no one call me and say if we are ok we have to go an rent another hotel I want my money back

The internet didn’t work, the hot water didn’t work, the water pipes busted in the middle of the night and the roof caved in and there was no breakfast 🍳 in fact everyone went running outside in their pajamas at 530 am fearing the building was gonna collapse! And the guest staff at check in were absolutely unfriendly! Worst stay ever
