Clean room,staff, and breakfast!

Personal de atención al cliente muy amable.

Hôtel pas du tout adapté aux familles. Une soirée a eu lieux dans l'hôtel et des va et vient incessant dans les couloirs qui laisse une forte impression d'insécurité. Entendre la musique de la chambre nous a empêché de dormir ainsi que les enfants. Nous avondonc même pas fini par passé la nuit dans cet hôtel et avons repris la route a 21h. Hôtel a fuir

Arrivé à l’hôtel pour se ressourcer nous avons trouvé une soirée pour adultes avec du bruit insupportable et des gens complètement sous alcool avec une soirée à thème pas du tout adapté pour la famille. Nous aurions aimé être prévenu !!

I couldn’t get the check in since nobody was at lobby, even I call everywhere at place. I had to go to another place to sleep

La ubicacion no es la mejor pues se encuentra en un barrio y hay muchísimo ruido de la calle. Las habitaciones son incómodas, colchones duros y muebles en muy mal estado. El baño con elementos rotos y cancel de baño sin funcionar.

This is regular low class hotel. It shouldn’t be called boutique. This hotel has nothing special. It is not what was expecting as boutique hotel at all.

Staff made homophobic comments when we were checking in. Pillows were terrible. Area around the hotel is not walkable or nice. Loud music which we could hear from our room. Unsafe wiring hanging behind the bed. Would not recommend.

Nettes Personal, gute Lage und schöner Rooftop

There is a very basic wing of the hotel, where we started and an upgraded wing below the pool. The upgraded side is a bit better. We moved the first day when we saw the difference. The upgraded side would still only get it to a three star. The old windows do nothing to keep out the noise. There is a very loud disco next door. The noise will last until midnight.

Hotel need touch up renovation, friendly staff, amazing scene from roof top terrace, note to owner pls start breakfast at 07:00 since most tour start at 08:00

Beliggenheten er hoplos, ingen restaurant, frokost er en dorlig vits, sengetoyet er ubrukelig. Det eneste som er bra er betjeningen, de gjoer so godt de kan. Jeg har and reist i 106 land, dette er det verste hotellet uten konkuranse noe sted i verden Styr unna, finn et annet sted.
