オルモックのホテルの中では新しい部類なので、部屋自体は綺麗です。ただ、ベランダ側は目の前のストリートにトライシクルが多くて日中はうるさいです。 反対側はマシですが、窓が開きませんし、ホテル設備の通路があり人が通るのでカーテンも開けられません。 部屋によると思いますが、シャワーの温度は一定では有りません。熱冷を繰り返しますが他のオルモックのホテルも似たようなものです。WiFiはあんまり早くないです。 Pina Suite Room は冷蔵庫がありますが他は有りません。追加費用を支払えば、冷蔵庫を準備してくれます。 スタッフは全体的にシャイな感じですが、頼んだことは親切に対応してくれます。

My only complaint is that there was a party on the second floor that migrated to the third. My friend had to go out in the hall and ask the partiers to keep it quiet. When we checked out, I told the manager about it. She was understanding but noted that that other group had a reservation, too. I reminded the manager that other guests have to respect their neighbors who may be trying to sleep. She said that she would make a not of it. While the manager was pleasant enough and seemed concerned, I don’t think that she understood the gravity of my concern.

Very close to the mall

The access key didn't work properly. The internet kept failing. Out of all the booking I have used in Hotel's.com. this the first-time is has been lacking. House keeping will knock at my door, hours after

The front desk and staff were very rude and not helpful at all. In fact they were hostile and unwelcoming.

Clean and comfortable. Has bidet. Only thing is you cannot lose your key card. Changing it you will have to pay for. Other than that all good!

Unfortunately I happened to be at this hotel during typhoon Ursula, the hotel’s generator did not work so there was no electricity or water. I moved to another hotel in town with generator. The hotel is just ok, nothing fancy or luxurious. Would not stay again.
