Satff came up to my door to ask for something late at night. Were not very helpfull at check in. The parking process was no very easy for them to open the gate

There is an elevator only in the towers. The stairs were very difficult.

The Balandra is a very special place. We stayed there after my wife had surgery to rest. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The facilities are wonderful and the food is delicious. An incredible place of beauty!

Hotel is is in a big port city Manta. It is very close to the beach. If you are looking for a nice quiet b each , it is not. Beach is very noisy with loud music and also doesn't look so clean. Hotel is is like a different species with beatiful garden and swimming pool. Staff is great, breakfast is very good, rooms are big and very clean. It is a grwatbplace to stay if you need to stay in a big city. Fee steps from the hotel thwre is a shopping center.

The beach is very close. We loved that.

A great hotel. A very friendly staff.

This hotel has a lot going for it. Once inside you wouldn’t even know the city of Manta was just outside. The Bungalow area with pool is easy on the eyes and the room inside and out was very comfortable and welcoming. Next visit to Manta we will plan a longer stay for sure. For beach or shopping and local eateries it is a very convenient location. To top it all the staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to help make our stay perfect.

We stayed in a double bed room with a view to the beach. We loved our stay there. The staff was amazing. The food was so delicious. The breakfast buffet included with the stay had so much variety and if you didn’t find something all you needed to do is ask and if they could they would accommodate your request. We really enjoyed our stay at Balandra and we will continue to stay in Balandra when we visit Manta.

Appreciated how attentive the hosts were. The rooms were great and have a fantastic view of the beach. I felt safe during my stay and well attended, plus the breakfast buffet was a perfect way to start a day. The Hotel is a block away (walking distance) from the beach. Ten minute drive from the airport and a 5 minute drive to great restaurants. There is also a giant mall to the side of the hotel, a two minute walk. Loved the stay, if i had to be picky about one thing, it would be the pool size, felt small for how big the hotel was. Plus it was always full of kids. Which makes sense since its a family type of hotel. But it wasn't too much of an issue since theres a giant ocean a block away. haha. The hotel offers a restaurant, gym and game room. Definitely worth staying here, specially if its your first time in Manta.
