Pathetic experience .. ac wasn't working... Reception check in was pathetic... Sitted at the reception for like 1½ hour .. everything wasn't appealing at all just the food was okay but nothing woow it was simple and just normal food and nothing exotic or worth it just eatable food

Ontbijt tijden 0700-1100 zou handig zijn, tot 1000 was kort. Personeel waren erg vriendelijk louwrence, Winnie, Fatma , Emmanuel top medewerkers.

The front desk staff was not properly trained to take care of customers. The staff gave us rooms on the 3rd floor with no elevator and we had seniors with us. They didn't even tell us what rooms we were going in. We got 6 rooms and felt like that they could have been more accommodating to our needs.

Stayed for 6 nights with kids and was upgraded. The room was super clean, staff service was great. While the food was good options are limited. I didnt like the snack pool as it seems to require better care (was not clear/clean enough). But we really enjoyed our stay.

The best place to book is the residence side than resort,the apartment was spacious,cozy and clean. The only disappointment was the repetitive food and services was long and lack of professionalism.

The property suffers from significant underinvestment, leading to a noticeable decline in standards. It is poorly maintained and desperately in need of an overhaul. The bedroom facilities are outdated and deteriorating, with crumbling fixtures and old infrastructure, such as hairdryers, that have long since broken and been removed. The towels are old and fraying, adding to the sense of neglect. The bathrooms are in dire need of renovation; they are unacceptable for a hotel of this calibre. It seems the hotel owners have heavily invested in the adjacent luxury tower, leaving the original hotel neglected and in disrepair. The high ratings could be for the luxury tower next door, owned by the same group. That said, the beach is exceptional, truly one of the best.

This "resort" apartments are big and new but needs an update and more furniture the living room had 2 beds instead of couches and no dinning table or chairs. The first night there was not hot water and we got moved to a different room which after we showered realized the AC did not work! back to the room again all of this took 3 hrs !!. The description says 2 restaurants, one is a pool bar which has few options (did not have ice cream in 3 days) and the other one is a restaurant with buffet option ONLY!!! Towels need to be replaced (softer) and sheets are very old. Good size pool, staff did their best with what the have and can.

Die sanitäre Einrichtung in den Zimmern muss dringend modernisiert werden. Das Personal ist bemüht, unter den gegebenen Bedingungen, sein möglichstes zu tun. Ansonsten ist das gesamte Personal sehr sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Meinen nächsten Urlaub werde ich wieder dort verbringen. Freue mich schon sehr darauf.

I’ve stayed at Sun N Sand twice and I’ve enjoyed it both times. The food is really good and the drink options are sufficient. The staff are really attentive and sweet. The overall grounds are beautiful (plenty of photo taking spots). And it never felt overcrowded. Be mindful that it is quite far from the main airport (about an hour to an hour and a half depending on traffic). Likewise, there are plenty of “beach boys” that depending on the season make it a bit difficult to relax on the beach just outside the resort grounds. The showers/sinks also do not have hot water. Overall I highly recommend. Great for families, couples, and solo travelers.

Competitively priced and a very good location relative to the Ocean. The bathroom is a little run-down but this is reflected in the low cost. It is essential the Hotel ensures the toilet flushing mechanism functions.

The property needs updating. My bahroom had a bad smell that I could not place and the sink leaked all over the floor. The bed linens need replacing to better quality cotton. The sheets are quite rough and unpleasant.

We had such a nice holiday there, everything was nice, stuff was very friendly and helpful

"Außen hui, innen pfui"! Der Gebäudekomplex sehr großzügig und schön gebaut, an der Strandlage. Jedoch die Ausstattung der Zimmer sehr einfach und im Badezimmer alle Amaturen verrostet und die Der Duschschlauch kaputt, samt der Aufhängevorrichtung. Anfangs kein Kühlschrank, kein Safe. kein Wasserkocher und kein Fön im Zimmer - wurde alles erst auf Anfrage nachgerüstet und war sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Speisenangebot sehr eingeschränkt und auf afrikanische oder indische Gäste abgestimmt.
