my wife made the reservation by internet and when i came to the hotel they said they dont work with expedia and they didn't have a reservation for me.

It's so bad , poor a/c, poor service couldn't even put towel in my room, the room smells, I couldn't even complete my stay I had to check out same day to use another hotel...
