Clean, modern design esthetic. Restaurant was good. Friendly staff and walkable to many sites. Mattresses are too firm but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Siempre mi Esposa y yo nos gusta ir a Hoteles 5 estrellas y modernos ; ya que es nuestro gusto, Teníamos un poco de temor xq se veia pequeño , pero realmente es un Hotel magnífico en Todo , servicio excelente , ambiente Especial y localización mejor imposible…!! Lo recomiendo 100%

We booked this property at last minute, and we were very nicely welcomed and accommodated. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was very large and had a private patio. We were only staying one night and it was a bit chilly, so we didn't use that feature. The room was very clean with nice amenities. We liked the separate toilet from the rest of the bathroom. The double sink was also very nice. The linens, towels and bed were very nice. Some small updates would make a big difference. The only thing we had an issue with was the placement and functionality of the very large television. You could not tilt it to view from the bed and the remote control didn't work. We did get new batteries, but it still didn't work properly. It seemed like a smart TV and had the "casting" option, but it didn't work. Not a big deal for some, but it is for us. It was fine for us for one night. Again the staff made the experience an exceptional one.

Very nice rooms, amazingly helpful and friendly staff. They offered to park the car for us which is simply great service as parking in Seville is not easy

Lovely stay with great hosts and facilities. We celebrating my wives birthday and the hotel was very accommodating leaving us some treats.

Ce fut un séjour magnifique, l’emplacement de l’hôtel était vraiment très bien, à côté de tout. L’hôtel est splendide, la literie exceptionnelle, on a vraiment tout adoré. Le personnel est hyper accueillant, professionnel, courtois et souriant. Nous avons testé le service room, un peu cher mais quand vos jambes vous réclament du repos ça sert bien. Je recommande à 200%. Une chose est sûr c’est que si un jour je devais revenir à Seville je reviendrai dans cet hôtel. Merci pour le cadeau de départ, ça m’a fait très plaisir.

Friendly staff, very beautiful and quiet.

Really enjoyed the hotel, the service and the overall location was excellent. Was up a very small quiet back street but despite this it still felt safe. The staff were particularly helpful both in reception where the staff member went out of their way to write recommendations on my next destination.

Increíble experiencia. El hotel está ubicado cerca de las Setas y caminando recorres todo. Las habitaciones de la suite de lo más lujosas, inteligentes y bien equipadas Los colchones, sábanas de súper calidad, las almohadas ideales para el descanso. La regadera más deliciosa del mundo! Nos recibió en recepción Gerardo con una cálida bienvenida, Reyes también nos facilitó información valiosa y ambos fueron extraordinarios anfitriones en su hermosa Ciudad. El restaurante merece también un reconocimiento especial por la gran cocina que tiene, así como el magnífico trato del personal que labora, como Ivan, y las señoritas que nos atendieron en el desayuno. Todo el hotel es una joya, decorado un un excelente gusto, funcional, cómodo. Sin duda repetiremos en el siguiente viaje. Felicidades Vincci Unuk
