Air port shuttle does not come often to pick up customers at hotels. It comes to pick around every an hour. It does not run often and also it does not start running in early morning. Also, when I told staff that there was not a hair dryer which is supposed to be in the room, the staff forced us to move another room alth

Hard pass on this hotel for me. My feet were filthy from walking across the room floor. The beds are not comfortable. They do offer a shuttle to the airport and also the cruise port, however, they do not offer a pickup back from the cruise port.

Needs extra staff

Excellent hotel, the room was nice and super clean. The pool was nice too. They have a free shuttle from and to the airport. They also have a free shuttle to the port. Will definitely stay there again.

They didn't clean my room one day. Overal location, hotel and staff was good

We spent a night in La Fortuna and this hotel was perfect for us! No need to spend $300 a night—this has everything we wanted, including a/c, breakfast, and a great shower. The guys at check in were so friendly and helped book day passes to Baldi. Definitely recommend.

Two words NEVER AGAIN! Elevators are broken all the time. Waited 3 hours on a room and kept getting told a few more minutes. Wouldn’t let us cancel our room because I had enough. Never again!!!!
