子連れで利用しました。客室は新しく清潔で快適に過ごせました。ホテル横に大きな公園があり、遊具が充実していたため子供も楽しく過ごせました。ホテル周辺は散歩やジョギングをするにも良い環境です。中心街へは車で10分ほどでした。

使われなくなったサイロをリノベートして2018年に誕生したホテル。コンセプトも素晴らしいですが、川沿いにあるそのロケーションもまた最高です。泊まる際は、ゴージ川側を絶対に選んだほうがいいです。レストランもバーも素晴らしく、また行きたいホテルです。

特になし シンプルで清潔

とても綺麗で快適でした。リバービューだと思って期待していったのですが、正面の工事現場の方が目立って景観は少し残念でしたが、お部屋は本当に快適でした。

Place another luggage space on the other side of the bed, there is plenty of room and well 2 people have 2 bags usally - like that there was one at least which is a true issue I find with hotels that forget that people have luggage, and don't unpack the bag, but take from the bag so this is rare and valued.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Parking was easy and free. The food was delicious at the on site restaurant and the location was great. It’s about a 20 min walk to downtown!

Excellent property with friendly & helpful staff except for one incident at breakfast time. My wife wanted to eat an item from the bar for breakfast. The male supervisor did not allow it - his reason was that food from the bar cannot be eaten at the restaurant- which was literally a couple of steps away from each other. Even my wife’s suggestion to pay for it at the bar & bring the item herself to the restaurant was disallowed. To us, it’s totally baffling, unreasonable & nonsensical. Such discriminatory practice should cease & the staff member counselled.

L’hôtel est bien mais les installations sont vieillissantes. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas sous format buffet, pas terrible. Le check out est à 11h00. Nous étions prêts à partir mais encore dans la chambre à 11h15, la réception nous a appelé pour nous dire qu’il fallait partir. Très désagréable sentiment

Location was terrific. Easy to find with plenty of free parking. Room was very spacious and comfortable The restaurant for dinner was a wonderful experience. The food was exquisite with perfect service and presentation. For our one night stay this hotel certainly hit the mark.

Room was booked as a twin. There was 2 of us blokes staying there for the footy. They gave me a king room and then had to move us to a twin single

We had a great stay! The shower was fantastic – strong pressure and very refreshing. When we noticed the moisturiser was out, reception responded immediately and refilled it without delay, which we really appreciated. There's also a great playground just a short walk from the hotel, perfect for kids to burn off some energy. All in all, a smooth and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend!

We love staying at the Silos when we are heading to Launceston with the family. Such a relaxed atmosphere and high standard of cleanliness. All staff are friendly and helpful. It's a great location, so easy to walk into the City and surrounds. Our favourite place to stay in Launceston

The hotel facilities are good, especially the river view room. However, the major issue is that, despite being a high-star hotel, it lacks a bellman to assist guests with unloading and guiding them to the reception, which is located on the unusual first floor. Before checking out, I called the front desk to request luggage service, but I waited for a while without anyone coming to our room. I had to cancel the service call and manually unload all the luggage before leaving the hotel. This was a significant departure from the usual service provided by even an ordinary hotel.
