El hotel está frente a la playa , las instalaciones son muy buenas , las habitaciones muy espaciosas y con adecuada insonorización. La piscina es pequeña pero agradable , ambiente familiar. Las amenidades mucho que desear , el mini bar vacío , no hay servicio en la piscina ni habitación , al menos nadie se acercó a ofrecernos nada . El personal cero amable , mal encarado y muy poco servicial , en especial el Joven que está por las mañanas , todo lo hace de mala gana , si no le gusta su trabajo que renuncie , los huéspedes no tenemos porque soportar sus malos modos y su cero toque de hospitalidad .

Fantastic a experiencia. Desde Carlos na recepção sempre atencioso e com boas dicas, Brandon sempre educado nos servindo na praia, até o Sr que trabalha limpando a praia deixando sempre maravilhosa. Quarto limpo, cama confortável a poucos passos da praia. Localização excelente, próximo ao centro. Voltarei com certeza e recomendo a todos. 1.000 ⭐️

Pousada pé na areia espetacular… Tivemos azar de pegar muito sargaço e água do mar estava bem fria…. Se o dono da pousada investisse em aquecimento da água da piscina, certamente alavancaria ainda mais turismo de família…pois as crianças não aguentar água muito gelada.

Great hotel, right on the beach. Close to everything but atill quiet. Clean rooms, great staff. Enjoyed the happy hour music and the fact that it ends early. Cool mellow vide. Gracias

Gorgeous hotel, incredible staff and the location is perfection. Beds are so comfy, rooms are clean and the beach is immaculate and any seaweed is swept away. Gets far more sunlight than other hotels on the beach too. Food on site is fantastic.

La vue sur l'ocean est belle et l'hotel est bien placé en centre ville. Le matelas était dur et pas très confortable.

The staff was alway very Helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The new pool was amazing. The restaurant was perfect . Great food . Location was the best . We will be back !

Nuce big room woth mini fridge and balcony, excellent food, nice beach and the best personel

The A/C was not cooling down, it never worked properly. At some point there was people who were not hotel guests rooming outside the rooms claiming they lost a cel phone. The hotel staff did nothing to escort them out of the property. Once, overnight there was no water.

Stay was nice. Room wasn’t as nice as the photos made it look.

Properties like this that are very far from the nearest airport do not count for delays, 1 of our 3 flights was cancelled and we could not get in to Holbox until 1 day later, hotel did not offer a refund for the missed night or any other accommodation.
