ホテルはレストランやショッピングモールに近いため、非常に戦略的な立地です。

なんでそんなに怖いの。トイレのドアが揺れる。メインのドアノブはいつも誰かがひねっているみたい

スタッフはフレンドリーでとても親切でした

ショッピングモールのある場所。ショッピングモールの周りを散策できます。

受付係はフレンドリーで親切です、部屋は清潔です、アイロンとアイロン台があります、バスルームは清潔です、歯ブラシ、石鹸とシャンプー、タオルがあります、全体的にすべてが良いです、ホテルはモール内にあり、すぐに行きますどこにでも近いショッピングモールまでエレベーターで直接アクセスできます。

場所は最高で、ガヤ通りの近くで、歩いてすぐでした。

壁の近くの床は湿っていて濡れています。

モール内の位置はとても良いです。

良かったです。ショッピングモールが近くにある戦略的な場所です。

Literally hotel on top of shopping mall. Take lift to 7 floor lobby, and another lift to room. The breakfast is inside the mall, where need to walk pass parking lot. No amenities, no gym, no pool. Breakfast is cheap fried noodles, fried rice, Nasi lemak kind of thing. The room rate is expensive.

Great place to stay. Staff service is attentive and responsive. Room very clean with complete toiletries.

Card access key didn't work out can't enter to open door. Mini fridge also didn't work out worse ever stay. Note for room 611.

Always my favourite hotel …. Near to shopping mall. Parking free.

The room size is okayy. The cleanliness is aberage. The staff is friendly. Breakfast quite good.

The room was comfy with good amenities. Breakfast spread was very nice and I really enjoyed having breakfast at level 7 with KK town view.

Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini menjadi salah satu pilihan sekiranya berkunjung ke Kota Kinabalu.

The stay was amazing. The room we had is far but it 's fine since I asked for privacy. Parking is easy and walking around the mall is easier too since we can just go without eveb stepping outside of the building. Staff is kind as well. We asked for extra shampoo and shower fluid, she gavw extra. Thank you for the convenient and enjoyable stay! Definitely gonna stay here again.

The room was big, clean and the bed is comfy. The hotel is at the 7th floor of Suria Mall, and you can just go down to shop and eat. Everything was great! Highly recommend & would definitely come back again:).
