このホテルは旅行に便利な場所にあり、部屋は清潔で、スタッフは熱心でフレンドリー、料金も手頃です。

良いホテル、良いサービス、フレンドリーで熱心な受付係、受付係のドゥオンさんは本当に親切で、明るくてフレンドリーです。

可愛くて元気いっぱいのスタッフさん。すべての設備に近い中心部のホテル。

唯一良いのは数字がそこにないことです

ホテルはとても大丈夫です。ホテルの受付係はフレンドリーで、とても親切です。ホテルは中心部にあるので、すぐ近くの観光スポットに行くことができます（歩いて行けます）。

部屋間の防音性があまり良くないことを除けば、すべて問題ありません。

This hotel is located at convinience area. The amenities was good and complete. The room not spacious but comfort enough. The room and hotel was clean and neat. Also, they provided a generous breakfast with a vary menus such as vietnamese, american and kind of salad and fruit. The taste was good. One thing that can be improved, the make up room. I don't know whether I need to notify to the receptionist or not, I put make up room signage on the door, but they didn't do at all.

Very nice hotel with strategic location, friendly staff, clean room, near Hoa Kiem Lake.

The staff members are not really professional and well-trained though they are quite polite to the guests. The service and food at the breakfast restaurant on the 1st floor is very poor. In general, what I got from this hotel is not worth the money I paid, except for the location.
