Staff was amazing

The property was small compared to other Riu's I've stayed at but having the abilitly to walk next door to either the Montego Bay or Reggae was great.

Staff and the service was excellent! However I would have like to see a bit more variety in the daily events;

It was very nice compare to the other 2 hotels. This was more conservative. We had access to the other 2 hotels. Riu Palace is by far the better hotel. I loved It there.

The resort was amazing!

Just returned from 4-night trip - excellent experience overall. The entertainment staff work very hard to create such a fun vibe! They really made the stay memorable! Pool and swim up bar were great, with great service. Beach was nice, clean, and private. Food and drinks were good! Thanks for a great vacation!

The Oceanview room was enjoyable although the rooftop extension below the balcony was a distraction.

It was fun to be there

Clean room, not brand new looking but clean and well maintained. Staff super friendly and helpful. Great dining, even the buffet was super good and plenty of options. Even with the amount of people the bartenders were quick. Plenty of pool space, the only down side to the pools is they did close at 6 but was due to cleaning so understandable. Overall very nice resort for the money.

The staff, food, and amenities were amazing !! The hotel needs an upgrade kind of outdated in the rooms. Recommend getting comforters and removing all the mold.

We had a wonderful vacay!

The staff at this resort was amazing! Huge shoutout to bartenders David and Odain! They made the trip a great time. The entertainment crew is amazing as well. Too many great names to list. I saw a lot of negative reviews about the food but I thought the buffet was great with lots of diverse options. Maybe they were looking for chicken tenders, idk. The steakhouse was amazing. Steak was cooked well and tasted amazing. the lobster as well! No ATM on the property. Lots of locals sitting outside the gate. Got grabbed twice walking to the shopping center. So I just suggest going in a group of three and only during the day time. That aside we cannot wait to come back.

Toooooo many flies around the food area and the liquor options aren’t that great

The entertainment alone is what makes Riu. Some of the staff was friendly. The beach and water were filled with debris. The kitchen needs to do a better job covering the food from flies. Krystal out of the four restaurants was the best. The rooms were ok, however Housekeeping came at least three times everyday without a request which wasnt needed. The staff didnt follow the instructions of the signs pri ided.
