Didn’t like that the trolleys take a long time and we had to pay extra for all inclusive hitting fees

some of staff seemed rude and annoyed, suite needs some update some of room power went out our last day.Liked food mostly some of chicken and lamb at sea breeze was dry Tapas staff was the best,will come back loved pool area and beach.

This resort is AWESOME, the food, the vibes, the people everything was absolutely amazing can’t wait to go back!

We did not like this property as it was not advertised as described. It was certainly not all inclusive. There is no service to beach or pool u must get up for everything. My daughter was with me and she knew I was upset and went to the concierge. He was too busy hitting on her in order to make any accommodations for our whatsoever.I emailed and asked if there were water bottles and what was expected. It would've been nice to know that cash is King in Aruba they do not have Apple Pay Seriously it's 2025.

The property was beautiful, well maintained. The food was good, but nothing spectacular, bland. Everything closed early even on the weekend. Our refrigerator leaked, my friend slipped and fell, they were there quickly and it was fixed, she was fine a little bruised. The shuttles were nice, the people were so friendly, Luisiana, Kenny, Franklin, along with all the staff. The departure experience was horrendous we were in line for 3 plus hours, outside in the heat, and we got there 3 hours and 50 minutes early.

I like hiw easy it is to get everywhere.

The swimming pools were lovely, they always had clean towels. The staff was always polite and friendly. I should have done more research and found a resort closer to activities I enjoy. The resort is older and had big gaps around the door frame allowing in bugs. It was noisy at night, with other guests banging on the door or making noise or being loud above you.

Very nice resort. Very clean, food is good, but the staff is what makes it excellent.

We had a great time. The area was very safe and I love that it is all inclusive. However, the cuisine isn’t the best. It was acceptable but I stuck to eating the same items for meal time. I wish there were organized activities for kids the property. The offer shuttle service within the grounds but is often times very slow. Most of the workers were kind and helpful. Overall I recommend this hotel for a nice relaxation stay.

The restaurants at the property were very good and were included in the all inclusive plan we chose but unfortunately they have eliminated the restaurants from the Divi sister hotels which are across the street beachfront which we could use last year. Also because of this, we had no options for beachfront drinks or lunch options and had to go back to the Divi golf side for our food package.

Loved option to golf at the all inclusive it was great for the guys that didn’t want to lay by the pool all day. Amazing dinner choices. (Although only 5 to pick from but it was fine. The food was amazing) staff so kind helpful and curious. Want to go back there every year

Close and accessible to most of what we expected. Access to 3 resorts and the amenities. Steps away from the beach.

Great service, all staff is friendly and helpful. Room was kept very clean. Good food options to choose from. Property is well maintained and comfortable. One small issue, no straws for drinks but that’s it. Highly recommend!
