I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and the only thing I can say is that the staff members were genuinely amazing! One night, my AC stopped working, and as soon as I told them, they came, looked it over, and had it fixed within minutes. Now, I'll talk about the room. It was dirty. There were hairs all over both beds from the previous guest. Also, part of the floor was wet when I checked in, and when I took off my shoes, I realized. There were two small spiders in the bathroom, too. If you stay at this hotel, make sure to check the bed at check-in.

Fantastiskt läge vid Liberty square. Hotellet hade en mycket trevlig restaurang med god mat. Dock var det ganska lyhört.

Great location and hotel

The hotel is situated in a great location and it's easily accessible by a bus from the airport (to Liberty Square) and then 2 min walk. The hotel is close to old town which offers a range of bars, restaurants and other amenities. There is also a metro right next to the hotel. In general the hotel was clean and the room was very spacious. Breakfast offered was great too. The staff could have been better, not very attentive and came across miserable. It is ok to smile and show your guests that you care.

Very comfortable room, good shower room with nice supply of toiletries. A room looking out over the front of the hotel was quite noisy. Good breakfast included in the room price, and the meals we had in the evening were very good - very generous helpings! As you would expect, very good quality wines. All the staff were helpful and charming.

Our stay at Badagoni Boutique Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. From the seamless check-in to the effortless check-out, every detail was handled beautifully. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Diana at reception, whose kindness and professionalism immediately made us feel at home. She generously upgraded us to a larger, more comfortable room, which made the experience even better. The room was thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay, an electric kettle with tea and coffee, complimentary water, quality toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, and all the little touches that make a difference. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, prepared to order each morning, with a great selection of breads, croissants, fruits, juices, tea, and coffee. The location was another standout right at Liberty Square, next to the busy shopping area, with countless restaurants and attractions just steps away. It offered the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and easy access to the city center. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

Great hotel. Staff friendly. Breakfast good. Food and wine really tasty.

We had a great stay at Bagadoni Hotel. The location is great very central, the rooms very clean and perfectly kept. The staff amazing and extremely helpfull. We can't think of a better place we could have picked for our honeymoon. The restaurant and winehouse downstairs also offered the best food with a romantic atmosphere.

The first room we got was not in a good shape. After complaining that the TV remote wasn’t working, we got a much better room. As we booked several tours starting early, we expected to have a short breakfast and leave. Breakfast started at 8am to 12 pm. After our first night, we went to the breakfast room at 8:15am to hear from the employee, it will be ready in 10 - 15 min. After the time passed by, we went again and the employee apologised and told us, that we won’t get the breakfast in time, as the kitchen staff was late. In general the hotel is fine, the restaurant of the hotel is good and the location is brilliant. The downside is, some of the rooms are in need of renovation, or a touch up, as there are stains and not working TVs, dripping noises in the A/C.

We stopped for a short mini break. The hotel location is in a great location walking distance to most places and not far from the metro. We only had chance to try the breakfast once they start serving from 8am however because we had plans and early starts and excursions we missed the breakfast. If they served from 7am we might of had chance to grab something. They have a small offering on a table of cereals and pastry's and you can order a hot breakfast from the menu which we were not charged for. The Georgian breakfast was very tasty. We arrived to the hotel very early early at 6am. The place was in darkness and had us concerned at first thinking we might have to wait outside. However we found the door open, we quickly discovered the night porter was taking a nap. He quickly jumped up and sorted us out with an early check-in. Our room was at the front of the hotel. We had a balcony that over looked the square but given it was winter we didn't use it. There is a lot of noise from outside entering the room so wasn't great for getting to sleep. Its quite a busy main square. Our first impressions of the room were not great. It stunk of stale cigarette smoke, there was evidence of smoking in the room we found ash on the side table. We were so tired we just wanted to have a quick nap. In all honestly the smell never left the room. When we got home we could smell the stale smell on our clothes. The restaurant downstairs is worth a visit.

the hotel is close to everything and very easy to get to. the staff are kind and always ready to help. the restaurant serves really delicious food. you should definitely try the coffee with ice cream — it’s the best!

Unfortunately, I had an emergency situation with my pregnancy and could not travel. I was disappointed that the the hotel did not respond to a request for a partial refund - even saying no would have been better than no response at all. I'd have been happy to stay here in the future, but as a result, I'll look for a different hotel when I do make it to Georgia.
