The location, facilities, and comfort were all great. However, the toilet door was not properly fitted and did not close properly, which was a negative point.

コンタクトは一度も直接は対面せず、メールのみでのやり取りです。すぐに対処が必要な場合にはタイムラグがあります。または自分でなんとかするしかないです。

サグラダ・ファミリアが部屋のバルコニーから見え、屋上からも綺麗にみえます。 ただ部屋の鍵が開けにくい。 What's appで電話しながらようやく開きましたが、その後も四苦八苦しました。 滞在中他の部屋の方もなかなか入れない方がいらっしゃいました。 洗濯機付きと思っていましたが、部屋の中ではなく一階に洗濯機、乾燥機が一台ずつでした。 キッチン付きで この景観で ファミリータイプなら コスパは良かったと思います。

アパートメントタイプで受付はありませんが、こちらからのメールでの問い合わせや質問、相談など多岐に渡り柔軟な対応をしてくださります。鍵の開け方にはコツがいりますが、扉に書かれた説明通りすると問題なく開錠できます。プールからの眺めも最高で毎日サグラダファミリアを楽しめました。徒歩10秒で24時間営業のスーパーもあり、フルキッチンを有効活用して旅行ではなく留学気分でバルセロナ生活を楽しめました。チェックアウト後のスーツケース預かりも、オフィスで対応してもらえるので、市内の有料預かり所を利用する必要もないです。次にバルセロナに行くことがあってもこちらを選びます。最高のステイをありがとう！

サクラダファミリアが目の前、カサミラまで歩いて約15分。レストランもパン屋さんもお土産屋さんもスーパーマーケットも公園も全て揃っている。地下鉄の駅も目の前。ロケーションは100点満点。スタッフさんとはWhatsAppでやり取り。レスポンスも早いし親切。前もって教えてよーというのは結構あるけど、聞けばすぐに教えてくれる。いろいろツッコミどころはあったけど、まぁ海外やしそんなもんか〜で済むレベルです。機会があればリピートしたいです。

サグラダファミリアから1分の場所で非常に良かったです。窓から見えると思っていましたが、見えたのは他のアパートの洗濯物だけ、という点は残念でしたが、とても広いし、清潔だし、良かったです！

Tout etait parfait, la communication avec l hotel pour preparer notre séjour ,les messages envoyés pour gerer au mieux nos besoins durant le sejour, merci a Neto et a Pietro pour leur communication rapide,simple et efficace . Nous nous sommes sentis accompagnés durant le séjour. Appartement tres propre, conforme a la description, avectout ce qu il faut Nous reviendrons sans hesiter

숙소도 넓고, 근처 마트에서 장보고 숙소 내에서 간단한 요리를 해먹을 수 있어서 좋았습니다! 화장실 포함 모든 공간이 너무 깔끔하고, 식기세척기나 세탁 시설까지 있어서 너무 좋았습니다 대신 방음은 아무래도 좀 감안해야해요!

Great location. Super quiet night even though it’s a central location. Right next to Sagrada Família church and metro. Loved it for our family!

We had a 2 night stay before our cruise and this location was absolutely terrific in everyway. With the language challenges, we could also ask Taxi to take us to "Sagrada Familia" knowing we are one block off. Knowing there's a taxi stand nearby helps with planning. Despite being one block from one of the biggest tourist attraction in Barcelona, our block felt very cozy and got more a local vibe. Plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. We ate right outside at one of the restaurants and it was fantastic. The check in was a little challenging as you don't get the code until 3pm on Whatsapp. Once checked in, we loved the apartment with separate room for our kids. Balcony view of Sagrada is breathtaking. The elevator is small and slow but we were only on the 2nd floor. We checked out the pool but were too busy to really enjoy it. The apartment is clean and love the separation of the toilet and shower with 2 sinks. You could hear some noise outside late at night but nothing too crazy in a city. The staff at the office were very helpful before, during, and even after our stay. The physical office is not close but they are very good at getting back to us with help and recommendation. If we ever go back to Barcelona, we will definitely stay there because of the location, room type, and the feel of luxury. Thank you to everyone at BCN

The apartment is beautiful, there’s a small pool at the roof rooftop but it’s not heated and very cold. But the location is perfect right in front of the sagrada Familia and there’s so many dining options right in front of it. Taxis were really easy to get just owe two minute walk down to the street. I’m 100% staying here again when I visit Barcelona, and management were very communicative through WhatsApp.

Excellent location just half block from La Sagrada Família. Clean apt and perfect two bedrooms for a family. One bedroom w a double or queen bed and one room w two twin beds. Enjoyed having a sitting room and kitchen.

Just go ahead and book it. Super nice location, metro is only a minute walk away. Lots of really good food around.

Fabulous location near Sagrada Familia, the metro, many restaurants and cafes! Great rooftop! Laundry room with American size washer and dryer! Working elevator to help move luggage over 7 floors! Clean room with comfy bed and walk-in shower. Friendly staff!
