ホテルに備え付けの電気器具は十分なメインテナンスが行われていないため、感電する可能性がある。電気湯沸かし器は線が剥き出し、サーモスタットが効かない。電気器具は古いので注意が必要。 何回か停電やブレーカーが落ちる事があった。部屋を整備して貸し出すのはホテル側の業務であり、その為にお客はお金を払っている。然し乍ら、部屋の電気や金庫の整備を依頼すると、その都度チップを要求する。無視していたら、サービスしたのであるからチップは当然の様に要求して来た。言葉が分からない振りして無視したが、チップを客に要求するのは、気持ち良いものではない。

昨日、当ホテルを出発する準備をしていると室内金庫が開かなくなっていた。 フロントに行き直ぐに開けてくれる様に依頼するが支配人が不在のため開けられないとの事であった。3時間程して支配人が帰ってきたが、金庫を特別な鍵で開けたのは支配人ではなくホテルスタッフだった。 金庫の鍵を持っていればどの部屋の金庫も簡単に開けられる。どうして支配人自らトラブルの発生したきんこえおあけなのであろうか？

アパートホテルの作りは良いが、ホテルの従業員、特に支配人の態度の悪さには呆れる。 毎日仕事から帰ってくると、支配人は何時もの自分の事務室のドアを開け拡げ、大声で電話で怒鳴り散らしている声がロビーまで聞こえ、不愉快になる事度々である。 Design of this apartment hotel is quite nice and the location is very good, but the manner of the hotel staff is not good. Especially the manager's attitude is terrible. He always shouting hotel staff in front of customer. While we are waiting for the Taxi at the lobby we had to listen his shouting all the time. His attitude makes people unhappy. 今回当ホテルで,部屋の金庫に入れていた現金1300ドルが盗難にあった。すぐに支配人に報告しても支配人は部屋に検証に来ようともせず、掃除担当の従業員を呼びつけては「お前盗んだか？」と質問する始末。 While i was staying this hotel, my money(US 1300) was stolen which was kept in the safe box in the room. I reported this issue to the hotel manager but he said, only he has a special key and only he can open the safe box. Then he call the cleaning lady and asked her " Did you steal money from his room?" マプート市中心にある。 ひと月以上の滞在ならこの場所としては格安。 レセプション、守衛、掃除のお姉さん、決して愛想がよいわけでないが、仕事はきちっとやる。 これなで2回、合計45日間宿泊したが、ものがなくなったことがもない。 マプート市内にはもうひとつVIPという名前のホテルがあるので、要注意。 食事はないが、キッチン付。

Hotel tranquilo, frente a un parque y feria de artesanías. No lejos del centro de la ciudad. Opciones de restaurantes y supermercados muy cerca. Personal amable.

Place was good, only thing was the couch full of dust. But overall it was alright close to the beach, mall and easy access to other places.

BONUS: Someone will typically be available to wash your car if desired (for a fee of course) NOISE: Nothing notable LENGTH OF STAY: 3-4 weeks across a few different rooms STAFF: Very responsive and accommodating. ADDITIONAL: I'm allergic to dust, and something in a couple rooms triggered my allergies pretty severely. I'm guessing the sofa/pillows/bug screen. After a deep clean my allergies subsided.

The apartment/hotel lacks amenities, and during my 7-day stay, the cleaning crew left the unit dirty for three days. I had to request towels, which were taken but never replaced. The bidet was clogged, and despite informing the reception desk, no resolution was provided. When I asked the reception desk for restaurant recommendations, they simply directed me to Google. Overall, this is not a suitable place for tourists to stay.

Abbiamo deciso per questa struttura perché è indicato che abbia la cucina. In realtà i fornelli elettrici non scaldano (impossible fare anche un uovo), non ci sono utensili, le pentole sono in condizioni pessime e non ci si può cucinare, il forno a microonde odora molto male. Insomma, questa cucina non esiste. Non ci sono nem due bicchieri

Struttura vecchiotta e non ben tenuta. Appartamento grande, ma sprovvisto dei prodotti di cortesia eccetto zucchero e caffè: niente sale, non scola pasta, non una pezza per lavare i piatti, non uno strofinaccio, niente coltelli idonei e pentolame inesistente. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, ma in generale l’appartamento un po’ sporco e trascurato. Personale gentile e disponibile a risolvere i problemi. Per viaggiatori non con grosse pretese soluzione buona per posizione, di fronte alla vivace fiera dell’artigianato, è abbastanza vicino a tutto. Vicinissimo ufficio cambio, movitel e supermercato.

Un apartamento muy cómodo, con aire acondicionado, pequeña nevera, pequeña cocina, pero muy espaciosa, baño con bañera, me sentí muy cómodo y muy seguro, el barrio tiene bares, supermercado y tiendas para comprar bebidas, así como una tienda de cambio de moneda y cajeros cerca del hotel. Una gran opción de vacaciones en Maputo.
