The location is convenient from the international airport and the staff were ok. But the room was not very clean and the shower room was very small with the rusty and old fittings..

TICAD6会期中に宿泊しました。部屋の大きさ、設備ともに普通のビジネスホテルをイメージしていただければ良いと思います。 このホテルの経営母体はケニア赤十字で、その事務所に隣接しています。宿泊者はそこの関係者が多いと思われます。 場所は空港と市内中心部の中間に位置しています。交通の便の良いところとは言えませんが、そのかわり静かですし治安も保たれています。 浴槽はお湯をためて浸かることができるぐらいの大きさで日本人には嬉しい大きさです。清掃は行き届いていますので不潔さを感じることは無いと思います。朝食は美味しいです。基本的に洋食ですが、生野菜もあり、ケニアの料理もありでバリエーションには富んでいますから数日の滞在なら飽きないと思います。 ホテルのスタッフは皆親切で、滞在中にスタッフの態度で不快な思いをすることはありませんでした。

The hotel was very clean, room spacious, bed very comfortable and staff really friendly and went beyond the call of duty to ensure that my stay was comfortable.

Room and beds were clean and comfortable. Airport pickup was very helpful after 20+ hours in the air. Nice to have the cheaper rooms in the Boma Inn and the amenities of the Boma Hotel included. Only negative was the staff insisting on using the Boma vehicles for arranging rides and not taxis, which are much cheaper than the hotel vehicles which charge in dollars. After you get to the hotel, use the Uber app and mpesa or Kenya Shillings.

The shower was pathetic. They mounted the controls upside down so you couldn’t adjust the temperature or pressure independently. The result is a barely warm trickle of water. We had 2 rooms; it was the same in both.

There we no safe shops nearby, the closest shopping area was accross a busy highway, requiring a drive or uber ride

I came very late at night and was met by a woman who was very awake and smiling and accommodating.

I was upgraded to the The Boma (Main Hotel) because the Boma Inn was undergoing some work. Few things that needs some attention: The shower valves seem to be erratic, turns hotter / colder at random. This was noticed in two rooms. The air conditioning unit not working so well. Noises from parties going on within the hotel did not help with sleeping especially past 23:00hrs. The restriction of food ordered from Uber eat and other deliveries was not very interesting for someone that loves a certain type of food.,. not served in the hotel's restaurant. Location is perfect, with ease of transportation. Hotel is close to a lot of local shops within walking distance.

The staffs delivered an excellent service.. the waiters were very accommodating, ready to assist. Also the reception team, I recall that I had one day extension, they didn’t chase me around to come make payment. And the house keepers were exceptional. I will be coming back
