The location is convenient from the international airport and the staff were ok. But the room was not very clean and the shower room was very small with the rusty and old fittings..

TICAD6会期中に宿泊しました。部屋の大きさ、設備ともに普通のビジネスホテルをイメージしていただければ良いと思います。 このホテルの経営母体はケニア赤十字で、その事務所に隣接しています。宿泊者はそこの関係者が多いと思われます。 場所は空港と市内中心部の中間に位置しています。交通の便の良いところとは言えませんが、そのかわり静かですし治安も保たれています。 浴槽はお湯をためて浸かることができるぐらいの大きさで日本人には嬉しい大きさです。清掃は行き届いていますので不潔さを感じることは無いと思います。朝食は美味しいです。基本的に洋食ですが、生野菜もあり、ケニアの料理もありでバリエーションには富んでいますから数日の滞在なら飽きないと思います。 ホテルのスタッフは皆親切で、滞在中にスタッフの態度で不快な思いをすることはありませんでした。

Air conditioning was broken and staff provided us with a fan but the air in the room was stale/humid which made our stay uncomfortable as we couldnt rest

The shower was broken, and only a trickle of water from the tap. On my previous visit the wifi was not working. I have stayed here several times but not any more. Cancelling my next transit visit now.

The ac was not working

Inn was fine and is right next to the very nice Boma Hotel.

This hotel is going down quickly. Any client can see it easily. The workers look demotivated. The bathrooms are not very clean.

Excellent upgrades in the room I had, compared to the room I had in 2024. As always the staff - Desk and House keeping- were friendly and efficient.

Perfect breakfast! The AC didn't work in th three rooms I visited.
