Kathmandu is quite a stressful city because of all the motorbikes and cars crowding the streets. Fortunately, the hotel had a huge space with a big garden and pool, so we could escape from the chaos. The staff were nice and friendly. However, our room didn’t have a fridge, so we asked for one. They brought us one, but unfortunately it didn’t work. The breakfast could have been better. If it were improved, I would give more stars. Overall, it was a nice stay.

This hotel is decent and the breakfast buffet was pretty good, but I expected the bathroom to be a little more modern given the 5-star status of the hotel. The bathroom was a bit dated.

Location is good, service is great, beds were not very soft and breakfast charges were more expensive than I would like

Great front desk staff, lovely grounds and a very good breakfast. A convenient walk to all of Thamel.
