It was a wonderful hotel just as I had imagined. The staff were all very warm. As I am Japanese, I was happy to hear Studio Ghibli music playing at the reception. ありがとう(^o^)

日本語を話せる方がいて安心できました

とてもフレンドリーなスタッフがいる一方で、出入り口であいさつをしても帰ってこないときもある。人それぞれか。泊まった1階のお部屋は、水回りの音が結構大きく響くが、シャワーの勢いは弱弱。デポジットとしての「現金1,000バーツ」は、最終旅行地をチェンマイとした私にとって、とっても痛かった。評価もそれぞれか。

All staffs are friendly and kind. Location is perfect. There are many options for breakfast. Highly recommended.

綺麗で清潔なホテルでした。中心地からも歩ける距離で立地も良く。周辺環境は静かで落ち着きます。スタッフもとても親切でフレンドリーでとても良いホテルだと思います。またチェンマイに行く際は利用したいと思います。

The staff is amazing from the start they always help us

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff. We loved the patio with the large bathtub. Very well located. I would recommend it to anyone that goes to Chiang Mai.

첫째로 직원들이 무척 친절해요 객실이 넓고 깨끗하게 관리되고 있습니다 조식은 몇가지 메뉴 중 2가지 고르는 시스템인데 뷔페식보다 더 좋았어요 골목 안이라 조용합니다

Such a nice hotel with very attentive staff and excellent breakfast options.

The property was nice and the design was interesting. The only major drawback was the very strong room freshener perfume in the room. Scent was overwhelming and gave us a bit of a headache but other than that the staff are very kind and the property was nice.

Hotel Loy Chiang Mai was outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the facilities. They were beautiful and located close to the old city. Breakfast at the hotel is second to none. We had a great stay and would choose this hotel again for sure!

Wonderful stay at Hotel Loy! The staff made us feel welcome and always had a cold drink available after a walk around town. Breakfast was excellent.
