Aparthotel. Like renting a condo downtown. Perfect for longer stays.

This was a wonderful location. It wasn't a type of stay that I am familiar with, in that, there isn't really a lot of people to reach out to ask for assistance. But, all in all, I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was nice

I had no idea how nice this property would be! I had a full one-bedroom apartment and amazing view and amenities. 10/10, would stay again!

Always a great experience

Excelente experiencia. La atencion muy buena. El areá tranquila, bonita y para caminar me encantó. Un poquito lento el check in pero con una atención muy buena. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Everything was amazing other than the refrigerator and freezer not working. It did get fixed while there.

We had a very bad experience during our check in process as they kept us for an hour consisting to send me an email in order to fill in my personal information. The person in charge was writing wrong my email address and asking again to give him second email address then third email,etc Finally he accepted to take my passport and my credit card and proceeded. When we entered the room we found out that the couch where my kids would sleep wasn’t ready, there were no sheets, no pillows, no blankets. I needed to ask and bring me later and get the coach ready by myself, although I have booked for 4 people, it wasn’t prepared. The shower gel was missing from the bathroom and the tv couldn’t work. Next day I asked to take care of these issues and when I came back in the room I realized that they did nothing! Also I realized that there was no room service and I had to pay extra in order to clean my room or change towels! It’s the first time I book an apartment in hotel without any room service! The third day they replaced the shower gel that was missing but the tv still didn’t work! I am very pity for choosing this hotel for my visit to Chicago!

The staff wasn’t very welcoming. After booking, they send you a form asking for almost everything except your social security number. I understand it’s for the safety of the residents, but I didn’t feel comfortable providing that much information. It felt like I had no choice but to go through with it since I wouldn’t get my money back otherwise. The walls are also extremely thin; you can hear everything. One of the neighbors blasted music from 6 PM until 1 AM on a Tuesday. They only turned it down after I reported it. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. We had a corner unit and the view was great. The unit was very comfortable and clean.

Good property if you don’t need housekeeping ($100 daily) and you don’t mind having to pull up to a closed garage and make a phone call for them to open it for you as there’s no codes. Other than being very inconvenient and having a front desk, that’s designed to accommodate the residence and therefore lacks the traditional pleasantries of a hospitality hotel, the rooms themselves are nice. But forget about service from this property! It’s a residential property that has a hotel feature that is minimally staffed, and Lax the traditional hotel amenities

Only thing was no communication on the pool location and the arcade games so I just didn't go and how to work the stove other that it was a beautiful experience. I think you should let people smoke on the balcony. I mean it is a expensive location and marijuana is legal a recreational use think about it.
