すべてがとても清潔で、温かいシャワーも提供されていました

受付の女性はとても親切で、対応も迅速でした。女性専用のカプセルルームを予約しましたが、カプセルルームは清潔で快適で、小さな荷物やバッグを預けられる荷物置き場までありました。バスアメニティと水も用意されていました。シャワールームは清潔で乾燥していました。国際線の乗り継ぎ客にとって便利な立地で、入国審査場を出ることなくアクセスできます。2階にあり、3階には24時間営業のマクドナルドがあります。とても便利な場所です。素晴らしいです！

次のフライトを待つ間、ここで休憩し、眠り、リフレッシュするのは良い選択でした。また、このホステルは空港内にあるため、入国審査ゲートに行く必要がありません。ここに滞在することをお勧めします。

Check out the staff, not nice at all. Asking me to put back the towel with a higher voice. I paid for the airside but all ground staff and no sign board of this hotel so I had to come landside and paid for 12 hours and only used 6 hours. At least be nice for those who paid 12 hours and only used 6 hours. For check in staff nicer

Comfy and clean. It is better than sleep in the airport.

Simple but comfortable enough too have a rest between flights, or if you arrive late at night and don't want to go all the way to the city. The price is better if you book in advance.

The room is good. However, I was blocked by the immigration officer since my flight is still in 6 hours. Once I said I will stay in capsule hotel, they need to contact to the hotel first to confirm. Might need better work around

they have 2 capsule hotel. One in 1st floor and this one is inside departure gate (Q1-21)in 2nd floor after you passed immigration it really help you to take a rest and hot shower specially when you have long transit
