スタッフは皆感じ良かったが、掃除してくれない日が10泊中4日間もあった。とてもガッカリ

I stayed for two nights. The facility was very old and not clean. No bed making and clean service. I’m not gonna stay the hotel again.

Our stay had several issues worth noting. The parking situation was very confusing. You have to take two different elevators and walk through a long corridor before reaching the hotel entrance. When we first arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and there were no signs or instructions directing guests to check in on the 4th floor. The breakfast was also disappointing and very limited. There were no protein options available, only cereal, milk, orange juice, coffee, muffins, and croissants. The biggest issue, however, was the bed. It was extremely firm and made loud noises with every movement. Both of us woke up with neck pain and did not get any proper rest. I hope this helps other guests know what to expect.

The room was clean, friendly staff and the continental breakfast was good

Room was old and have a little bit of smell, breakfast was not even a good one, only coffee, juice fruits and instant cereal bowl

The window in the room had a crack in it, the carpet in the room had not been vacuumed ever, you could feel the dirt on your feet and made your feet black. The continental breakfast had nothing as they told us the supplier didn’t show up that morning, staff didn’t really care

Breakfast consisted of cereal, coffee, juice, and a few pieces of fruit. Hardly see lobby person

Just needs a better room service. Room was acceptably good to great!

Lo mejor de este lugar fue el personal, muy amables todos. Habitación: con linda vista, el baño específicamente requería de mas aseo . Desayuno: no varia y en ocasiones como la de hoy 11/22/2025 9:00 AM no habia ninguna clase de pan. Parqueo: bien Ubicación: Excelente.

Excellent location, accessible prices, not a very good breakfast and parking is $15 per day and it’s a little far from the hotel main entrance. Staff is friendly although we did have to wait around 30 mins for staff to come to the desk when we checked in.
