Our stay had several issues worth noting. The parking situation was very confusing. You have to take two different elevators and walk through a long corridor before reaching the hotel entrance. When we first arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and there were no signs or instructions directing guests to check in on the 4th floor.
The breakfast was also disappointing and very limited. There were no protein options available, only cereal, milk, orange juice, coffee, muffins, and croissants.
The biggest issue, however, was the bed. It was extremely firm and made loud noises with every movement. Both of us woke up with neck pain and did not get any proper rest.
I hope this helps other guests know what to expect.
