綺麗で、スタッフに対応もとてもいいです。朝ごはんも美味しいです。ただ、お湯が全く出ないのが残念でなりません。HOTの蛇口をひねっても、水しか出ないです… ４日間滞在したので、温かいシャワーを浴びたかったです。

5泊した スタッフはいつも親切で丁寧に対応してくれました 朝食はフルブレックファーストでとても良かった ただし　2日間シヤワーのお湯が出なかったのはマイナスホイントです

A estadia no hotel foi otima, funcionarios simpaticos e prestativos, bom cafe da manha, quarto funcional. A unica coisa ruim é que fiquei em um quarto da frente e no sabado a noite tinha um show festa, musica alta que me atrapalhou pra dormir e eu tinha um voo pela manhã... talvez devessem colocar janelas anti ruido na parte da frente? No mais, foi tudo bem

Everything you can hope for in the place like that. I am not sure about parking but who would drive in Santa Cruz anyways, perfect otherwise!

Great experience and the people were absolutely lovely. The only down was there was very loud music outside our room at 11pm to about midnight and we couldn’t sleep.

The property was ver clean. Our triple room was huge. The hot tub was a great bonus. Breakfast was great and the staff was beyond great. Our room was loud. We could hear breakfast being prepared above us very early in the AM, 5:30/6:00. That was the only negative. I loved the tea available all day as it was rainy and cool during our stay.

Everyone at Hotel Flamingo was very nice, accommodating and informative. Pablo at the front desk was helpful with tour & restaurant suggestions. Housekeeping and Breakfast staff were both excellent. The Flamingo was very conveniently located in a very safe area. Hopefully, we will visit again!

We have stayed here many times since 2013. The family owners keep everyone safe and speak good English. Breakfast is more than ample. Location is a block off the ocean road. They can tell you the good places to eat. Very clean. We will come back.

The hotel staff were very pleasant, accommodating, and helpful with needs at the hotel as well as booking tours and suggesting restaurants and local sights. We really enjoyed the personal touch received by all the staff The breakfast included was very nice and plentiful

Albergo centrale ma gestito in maniera sciatta: jacuzzi non funzionante, Wi-Fi inesistente incapaci di organizzare e di segnalare informazioni, difformità rispetto a quanto pubblicizzato da Hotels.com infatti mancava il ristorante ed era impossibile prendere il caffè

Recommendo este hotel. It has great staff, breakfast and location, location.

Checked into property with room on street side. Very noisy until 2am. Hotel allowed us to change rooms to opposite side and it was very quiet. Great breakfast every day. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bed was a bit creaky every time you got into it.
