深夜に到着したからか、フロントの従業員は無愛想だった。 現金払いなので、デポジットを要求されたので支払ったが、デポジットの預かり証は発行されない。

プロテアルサカホテルには7年前に宿泊したことがあったが、隣接したこちらのプロテアホテルタワーには初めて宿泊した。ホテルのロビーに無料の自動ドリンク(コーヒー等）があり、ゲストとの打ち合わせにも良かった。ただ、ルサカ市内全体で宿泊料が米ドル建てで値上がりし、しかも円安なので円建ての宿泊料が高騰しているのが辛い。

The property is very clean and the staff were friendly. The food needs a lot of revamp especially room service. This property is a good [lace to stay for a business trip. Bathrooms are clean and modern. My room was on the side of the road and it was noisy would prefer a quiet room in the future.

Excellent location near many shopping malls within walking distance. The property is run down in way too expensive for what you receive. Staff are all very friendly and service oriented.

Great value near great food options in a safe neighborhood.

The staff has been helpful and accommodating. The only disappointment is that a horrifically loud DJ & nightclub next door rob you of an expected peaceful sleep on Friday and Saturday night. In fact, I'm not sure if the immediate next door Protea Marriott isn't the source of the offensive noise. Don't stay here on a weekend.
