We are so disappointed and could not sleep well at all. Because the party was held right under our room and that was soooo noisy. The party was continued over 23:00, even after the party , drunk guys were so noisy in front of our room (they might be guest of this hotel) this hotel did not advise us they will have a party on the day (if so we would have cancelled the stay!) This was terrible experience. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone .

We absolutely LOVE the Bridge. They made us feel like a part of the family! Will always stay there when we visit. Everyone is so very helpful. They went above and beyond every single time. The building, history, food, bar and karaoke night are perfect.

Good value for money, clean enough

I paid £82-80 for a deluxe double room. The new shower and face towel were left on top of the WC seat not on the bed which was not hygieneic. There was no plug in the wash hand basin so unable to collect water in sink for a wet shave or anything else. The shower dispenser was totally empty and unable to have a shower. There is a light between the external and internal doors that kept going on and off the whole of the night which partially light my bedroom. The WC was facing the glass shower very close to the glass shower unit and would be difficult to use for a larger person and dangerous. There were no curtains to the bathroom although the very large window had obstured glass at the evening with the light on you were visible from outside. The bedroom was up three to four flights of stairs at the top of the hotel, l was informed that there were only me and another couple staying that evening, with nine bedrooms I’m sure there would no one closer the floor level, nearly 80 years old it would have been appreciated. I had traveled from the East Midlands to Bolton to attend a celebration function for a close friend of mine and was very disappointed with the hotel. I was informed they only have meals Wednesday to Sunday as l was there on a Monday that was no help.

Stanza con il minimo necessario, per Cortona tutto funzionante. Odore di chiuso. Musica fino a tardi perché al piano sotto fanno musica live fino a tardi. Rumore di macchine e traffico tutto il giorno. No colazione neanche a pagamento. Non consiglio.

Disappointed as room smells of smoke and no shower gel in the shower dispenser. Everyone we met was very nice and friendly, just let down by the room.

Very short stay (one night) and very last minute! However, they accommodated and were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful - very spacious and a gorgeous bathroom - the best power shower i've ever used!! Also - the bed was SO COMFY. Thank you.

It was terrible. No bottle water in room and bar - was offered tap water. Given a smaller room even though i booked a deluxe room with king-size bed. No toilet roll in bathroom so i had to improvised when i used the toilet., no iron , no staff available to assist with anything. I used the back and fire door to leave. No staff available when i was leaving or checking out. Was not a good experience. Wont recommend.

Didn’t quite match the photos but for 1 night it was okay

The Bridge Hotel was great. I enjoyed my stay in this impressive Victorian building with large rooms, spotlessly clean modern decor and facilities.

Staff were amazing, very good service. Sorted my issues out straight away. I’ll come back!

Was disappointed with no elevator...staff carried my bag up and down the stairs!!! Room was very small as was the shower!!! No proper chair. Staff were excellent..helpful!!!

Room was clean and spacious, good shower and plenty of tea and coffee in room. Bed was firm and comfortable. Parking was on street and very limited, although we did secure a space. Food was served till 8pm and was hot and tasty.
