宿泊数日前に予約の確認の電話をいただき、「今回の宿泊は特別なイベントでのご利用ですか？」と聞かれ、ハネムーンでの利用ですと伝えていたところ、部屋をアップグレードしていただき、ケーキとメッセージカードまでプレゼントしていただきました。お気遣いに感謝です。素晴らしいホテルでした。

Very nice staff, awesome room that I got an upgrade for. Cool modern design. Clean room. Only downside is I would say the hotel was quite noisy throughout the day due to construction and conferences and at night after midnight too (sounded like furniture being moved around and things banging around), so I guess there is a potential wall thinness issue

La stanza ottima, peccato solo il piano 3° non consentiva una bella vista, le parti comuni invece le ho trovate molto fredde, come anche la location per la colazione posizionata in mezzo al piano anzichè in una stanza apposita, era un pò inusuale, tuttavia il buffet era buono e vario, come anche il personale molto attento e disponibile a soddifare ogni esigenza. Non ho gradito che la restituzione del deposito cauzionale, che essendo oltretutto di un importo elevato, non sia stato restituito immediatamente al check out, ma mi hanno dato una tempistica di 15 giorni e senza alcuna ricevuta.

The younger staff from various countries were so professional, kind, very helpful, and always smiling!

The property was ok - the design of the hotel is very unique but the service is subpar. In fact in the staff was kind of condescending and rude, when asked if we would receive an upgrade to our room (as a benefit as a Gold member) we were told we could pay for it. The restaurant selection in the hotel was nice to have options when we weren't in the mood to go out. I can see why this hotel would be good for someone traveling for business with all the business amenities but as a tourist the location wasn't as great for sight seeing and walkability especially compared to other hotels we stayed at in town.

Was very good and amazing place

Very good. Service was top class, rooms were new and modern, bed was comfy. Dining options were brilliant. Special shout out to breakfast at Stfumato. Only criticism is loud construction works around the building but there’s hardly anything the hotel can do about that. Will definitely be back.

Super hotel

An der Unterkunft hat uns das Design sehr angesprochen. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und geräumig. Im Bad sollte der Duschebreich sauberer sein (Rost/Schimmel im Fugenbereich). Das Frühstück bietet eine grosse Auswahl und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Das Personal war über alle Bereiche sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wäre schön wenn auf der Website vermerkt wäre, dass rings um das Hotel stark gebaut wird. Die Bauarbeiter der Baustellen ringum haben sich am Anblick der Frauen am Pool erfreut. Das war weniger schön. In Summer ein gelunger Aufenthalt und wir würden es wieder buchen.
