宿泊数日前に予約の確認の電話をいただき、「今回の宿泊は特別なイベントでのご利用ですか？」と聞かれ、ハネムーンでの利用ですと伝えていたところ、部屋をアップグレードしていただき、ケーキとメッセージカードまでプレゼントしていただきました。お気遣いに感謝です。素晴らしいホテルでした。

Very good. Service was top class, rooms were new and modern, bed was comfy. Dining options were brilliant. Special shout out to breakfast at Stfumato. Only criticism is loud construction works around the building but there’s hardly anything the hotel can do about that. Will definitely be back.

Super hotel

An der Unterkunft hat uns das Design sehr angesprochen. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und geräumig. Im Bad sollte der Duschebreich sauberer sein (Rost/Schimmel im Fugenbereich). Das Frühstück bietet eine grosse Auswahl und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Das Personal war über alle Bereiche sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wäre schön wenn auf der Website vermerkt wäre, dass rings um das Hotel stark gebaut wird. Die Bauarbeiter der Baustellen ringum haben sich am Anblick der Frauen am Pool erfreut. Das war weniger schön. In Summer ein gelunger Aufenthalt und wir würden es wieder buchen.

The architecture and interior design is truly an experience! Vibrant and futuristic design by Zaha Hadid. The lobby with the seemingly floating seating pods are so special. Excellent staff and several F&B venues to choose from.

The upgrade chargers were not clarified upfront but were “slided” into the “deposit” and basically felt like a “rip off” at the end. I will avoid Melia chain from now.

Great service especially from Brian who has customer service in his genes.

Very impressive architecture and service

No more stays

The property is a in a great location with friendly staff. However, if it weren’t for the unique architecture I believe this is more of a 4 star experience rather than 5. Overall a good place to stay if you’re visiting Dubai, just don’t expect the luxuries that you would get in other 5 star properties like the Raffles.

ME Dubai hotel is a luxury hotel located in downtown Dubai. The decor is beautiful all around -- lobby, restaurants, and rooms. The customer service was excellent -- everyone was very friendly and checked regularly with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. There are several restaurants and a wine bar on site and several restaurants across the street at a neighborhood mall. Not really walkable to other places except for other hotels, residential housing, and office buildings. Very nice and clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel when I visit again.

My expectations was high.. the property is good but I thought it would be more luxurious.

If you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything at all, is what I was taught.

Nothing special. Cleaned room poorly. Had someone’s cigarette bud leftover.
