Worst experience in my travels! Arrived late at darkened building with no signage of place at entrance. Impossible to enter; however, store owner next door opened entrance and pointed to dark area to go to. I entered a darkened plaza area, walked down corridor, and knocked on guest door. Guest directed me to manager. Manager refused to speak to me @ my guaranteed reservation for 2 nights, and told me Sold Out! Lucia, the manager spoke in Italian to guest saying it was late and there is no more rooms available! She never spoke ti me, nor helped me out & 11pm. Guest arranged accommodations with his friend that worked @ Iluban Hotel. I walked 17 minutes with luggage @ midnight because Appartamento Delle Star is a shady place to stay. They refused to refund my money.

Bathroom was dirty, we weren't aware bathroom was shareable, no toilet paper. we waited a long time to check-in, they didnt answered the phone. Very old sheets and towels.

Not what’s advertised. No kitchen diner to sit and eat. Had to take family out every day for food. Only 4 towels for a family of 5. An electric portable 2 hob stove.l to cook with. No blinds on windows. The list goes on.

per i posteri non prendete assolutamente in considerazione questa struttura.Siamo arrivati sul posto e dopo varie telefonate ci hanno detto che non era più disponibile. Ci hanno indirizzato presso altra struttura, prenotazione per tre persone ma c' era solo un letto da una piazza e mezza. Ho contattato nuovamente il call center ma non ci hanno più risposto e non si sono preoccupati di risolvere il problema.Per fortuna siamo riusciti a trovare un altra stanza per cui abbiamo avuto ulteriori spese ultima cosa. VERGOGNA...

The apartment was dirty. Floors were unsweeped, one of the toilets even has urine and paper inside. Showers had mold and mildew and one of the shower doors was falling apart. Apartament did not have any cooling System, not even a fan. We opened the windows and Neighbours were loud. We emailed the property to let them know we were going to be late. The instructions said to do so, so they can provide us with lockbox code. They never responded, than we call and the lady very rude and demeaning told us that she will charge us $20 Euros and that there wasn’t any lockbox. She also told me several times if I didn’t listen, when I asked her again. Very rude and condescending. When we arrived she took the keys from a lockbox and opened the door. We told her that the apartment was not to our standards and she just kept asking for her $20 euros and when paid left. I don’t think this property should be a part of Hotels.com listing and urge you to find someplace else. Only good side it was within walking distance to metro station and near restaurants and supermarket, but other than that, it’s not worth it.

Vergognoso! Aldilà del fatto che sulla pubblicità c'erano le foto di un altra camera, mi sono ritrovato in un tugurio sporco dove c'era un letto a soppalco trabballante sul quale non ho potuto dormire perché non era affatto sicuro, sotto cera un divano letto sporco, macchiato di chissà cosa, il bagno sporco, la cunina unta, tavolo e sedie appiccicosi, tende che non coprivano, aria condizionata non funzionante, non cerano zanzariere... Chiaramente non sono rimasto a dormire e me ne sono andato, preferendo passare la notte a guidare per tornare a casa. Uno schifo totale!

TRUFFA! Dopo aver prenotato con largo anticipo arrivati fronte struttura la sera del soggiorno ci è stato comunicato che era stato fatto un errore nella gestione delle prenotazioni e che era già occupato. Chiamando il numero di servizio non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna valida spiegazione, per lo più il ragazzo del call center è stato scortese e arrogante, rifiutandosi di cercare un’altra sistemazione per quella notte e mettendoci giù il telefono in faccia. Ritrovandoci in 4 adulti, 2 minorenni e 1 anziano senza posto dove dormire abbiamo soggiornato in un hotel spendendo il triplo di quanto già pagato. Al momento non ho ancora ricevuto informazioni sul rimborso. TRUFFA!! STATE ALLA LARGA!!

Está bastante cerca de parada de autobús y de metro. Cocina muy usada,muebles viejos,poco menaje. Muy difícil la comunicación con el propietario para acceder al apartamento.

It has a good space if you travel with family including children. Very comfy and lots of beds to sleep in

This property was so dirty, there was garbage from the previous guest. The bathroom smelled really bad. The kitchen was falling apart . The towels , the sheets were dirty . I have pictures to prove it . The host was very rude !!!!! Please do not stay in this apt . You will regret it . The worst experience. Ortbitz shame on you for having this apt listed on your website . Very dissatisfied!!!

Very disappointed dan terrible. We could not be stay there, and can not get back our money. When we arrived, the owner can not be called. Sent message, but no response.

This apartment was huge! We were only 3 people but it has space for 9 or even 10 quests, although only having 2 bedrooms, each of them huge as well. It could use a bit of an update, especially the bedrooms and bathrooms. Living area was great and even had a nice private patio. This was one of the cheapest apartments in the area and we'll worth the money. Communication with the host was great, she responded to each question immediately. Not sure if there was WiFi thought as that was the only thing we could not figure out. It's not exactly in the center but has a Metro station close with a quick and easy connection to everything.
