Overflowing garbage bins outside. Outlet not working in bathroom. We notified staff about the outlet and they said they would have maintenance check it.

The room was clean. The staff was very nice

Arrived and the shower, bed cover, and basically every other surface had hair and pubes all over it. Absolutely disgusting. All soap and shampoo was empty in the shower. Went to tell the front desk about all this all they did was apologize. Never sent anyone up to clean more, or fill the soap. Literally just felt gross all night. Looked up other rooms in the area I was prepared to just eat the cost and leave. No dice everything was booked. Stayed at the Radisson red the night before at 140$. And this my place room was also 140$. It just felt ridiculous. Wasn’t offered any compensation or anything. Probably top three worst experiences I’ve had. And I’ve stayed in 100’s of hotels. Avoid this place at all cost.

It was a decent place. I looked forward to being able to purchase snacks in the lobby like the Hotels.com listing showed. Unfortunately, snack area was completely empty. They definitely do not stock that.

I was a vendor at Junk Bonanza and stayed three nights at my place hotel. There are no dishes or silverware in the cupboards so if you plan to bring in meals, also plan to bring in silverware and dishes. It’s really nice having the convenience of full size fridge and the counter space to spread out. Goodwill is just down the street and has dishes and silverware to buy for cheap. I always go to Hy-Vee about a mile up the road for food. The recliner and bed and pillows were all super comfortable.

I was surprised at the pet fee

Hotel itself is nice. Great kitchen, easy access to Canterbury. However, I arrived at 11pm and waited for over 20 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check me in. I called the number as stated on the sign but it just made the front desk phone ring over and over. When someone finally did come in the employee smelled like smoke/pot. I have stayed here multiple times and every single time I see employees smoking outside, talking with people that have come to visit, etc. Nice little hotel, but the employees not so much.

Absolutely a fantastic weekend stay. From the friendly staff to the clean well kept facility and rooms. We’ll definitely be back and this location will be a part of our long term future. 10 out of 10 experience, Thank You!!!

Convenient to softball diamonds we were attending as well as places to eat. Road construction made entry and exit challenging
