Too noisy at night. No restaurant in the hotel.

4つ星だったので、期待して宿泊したが、正直ガッカリ。内容は2.5から3つ星レベル。立地が良すぎて、車で行くには逆に不便。敷地内駐車場有は間違い。駐車場なく、指定された公共駐車場から500m以上離れていて、しかも急坂登りあり。翌日、早朝7:30出発だったが、朝食は8時からで、朝食付きの意味なし。確認したが早めの朝食は用意してもらえず、取らずにチェックアウト。街の中心に位置していて、立地に対するコスパ抜群だけに残念。

A very convenient location which hv access to all F&B and transport like buses & trams. Only problem is the room I got is facing the main road and it is very noisy outside even after midnight where still have young people making noises at the street. Breakfast is considered fair for such hotel, rooftop bar is nothing to shout about.

It was central to what I wanted to see and do

Prima hotel, met een hele goede ligging in het hartje van Zagreb. Het ontbijt was oke, er was maar 1 soort keuze brood, geen chocobroodjes/croissantjes. Het hotel ligt boven een bar / club. ‘S nachts op het 3de verdiep hoor je heel erg de muziek eveneens de trillingen hiervan. Dit was niet zo prettig.

As long as you don’t expect too much then it’s fine. More than fine. The people are very friendly and the location is absolutely excellent walking distance to everything. Overall good value for money if you’re not expecting luxury. Biggest concern was that other than breakfast they really don’t serve food and at a restaurant that serves food cross-section would be good. Also cleaning of the walls of the room with Tom and Handy, but it was more that’s OK.

Very nice stay. The private rooms are great, with a lot of thought into the little things like slippers and shoe horns. Breakfast was nice and convenient and the staff was very nice and helpful. Everything is getting a little pricier in Zagreb, but of the places i stayed Timeout heritage was most worth the price.

Hotel en pleno centro de Zagreb, desayuno muy correcto y variado, personal super simpático y cordiales, la parte mala, está encima de la única discoteca que abren toda la noche, a las 3 de la mañana la música era insoportable, nos dieron tapones para dormir y por la mañana se oyen los tranvías de la calle.

I have to get in touch with the manager, because for 450€ 2 nights with breakfast is quite a lot that I didn't have hot water. I had meetings in the city and then a concert and had to take a cold shower. And that's really bad for €450

It was certainly a unique experience , night club in the basement roof top bar. Rooms were very mixed we all paid the same rate but our friends room was more than double the size of ours.

Tiene envidiable ubicación

Endroit joli, au style d'auberge jeuness, pratique, personnel serviable. Chambre un peu désuète, peinture à refaire. On entend un peu le bruit de la discothèque, perso, cela ne m'a pas trop dérangé.

I asked them to wash my clothes & they returned them shrunk!!!!

Me, my sister and our friend had 3 nights at the hotel. The facilities were great, there is the main bar, a rooftop bar and an underground nightclub open Fridays and Saturdays with 2 rooms which played different music, we had a fantastic time. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice enough buffet. The hotel is in an excellent location with plenty of bars and restaurants in and around the square which is a couple of minutes walk away. There are lots of museums to visit and organised walks taking you to see the sites of Zagreb. Overall a fantastic city break and so pleased we chose this hotel. I would definitely stay here again

Worst hotel stay in my life. There is a nightclub on the 4th floor that pumps loud music until 5 am and a lounge on the ground floor that also plays music. The overall environment is not clean and the room stinks of smoke. Overall, could not sleep until after 5 am. People come to a hotel to sleep, not to listen to loud music. It made my stay in Zagreb very unpleasant.

Had a fun time

Timeout Heritage Hotel is really nice. In a perfect location, centrally located. It has a nice bar and nightclub. Room was good, bed perfect and shower in the bathroom was excellent. There was an in room safe and fridge. My room had a balcony which was nice. Breakfast is good and standard for Zagreb. Reception staff are very kind and friendly.

Accueil correct. Personnel disponible et réponses aux demandes. Bonne propreté. Etablissement est bien placé au centre, accès facile aux transports en commun. Parfois des bruits de bar ou restaurant. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni. Signé Chak94250
