Love this hotel with great architecture and friendly staffs.

This is the nicest hotel in the City center area. The design and the room are totally very elegant. The bed and the pillow are very soft and smell nice. The hotel staffs are very helpful and escort guest to the room and explain the function of the room. The breakfast is amazing with nice food selection and food display. The hotel also have its own garden which is very big and nice for morning and evening walk.

Staff hotel yang tidak ramah, staff hotel pada waktu breakfast yang arogan kepada orang Asia, sebaliknya jika tamunya warga asing Amerika atau Australia mereka sangat sopan, kami menginap 4 malam dengan menyewa grand deluxe suite, pada saat make up room pun mereka tidak membuang sampah yang ada di kamar melainkan menumpuknya di meja, tidak seperti di Kempinski Grand Indonesia atau Apurva Kempinski Bali yang ramah ramah tanpa pandang bulu.
