The acommodation was great, food and service was also great. However, the sauna and poool usage is a rip off. It was not even stated during the booking process that it costs extra. I think if it had been included in the hotel price, or at least been transparent from the start, it would have been better. You will only know about the extra cost few days before your stay and no possibility of cancelling it.

We used the spa and it was amazing!

De kamer was net. Het bed lag heel goed. Alles was in orde. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk.

Excellent, but if you want to swim it has to be for 2 hours pre- booked. A swim before breakfast is nice but not for that long. If you need to check out then you really need to be up early if you want to do that. We had a beer in the bar the night before and I paid the bill before leaving. On the invoice I was charged 3 Euro. Strange. I left behind a few items in the bathroom ( electric toothbrush etc ) that I forgot to pack. When I called the hotel when I got home they said nothing was found in the room. Double strange. Otherwise, excellent visit.

Felt ripped off by pool charge. 17 euros for an hour. 50 for 3 of us. And it was nice but nothing special. Not good. Couldn’t eat at the hotel. Fully booked restaurant on a Sunday evening. Disappointing

Beautiful, luxury and spacious room, excellent and varied breakfast, quiet establishment, close to the city centre on foot (less than 10 minutes), delicious aperitif platters at the bar, secure parking, in short, perfect!

Leider war uns nicht bekannt, dass dier Besuch des Pools kostenpflichtig ist: fast 20 Euro pro Person und 2 Stunden, heftig oder?

Hôtel magnifique. Tout neuf. Les chambres sont impeccables et bien équipées. Le restaurant vaut le détour. La ville est très agréable.

Proximité du circuit de Spa Francorchamps. Calme, avec parking, personnel au top et excellent petit déjeuner

Nous n’avons pas pu dîner au restaurant ce qui nous a obligé à sortir de l’hôtel et la piscine était payante.

Prima hotel met goede voorzieningen. Heerlijk gegeten en geslapen.

Das frühstück war klasse , die betten schön weich . Nach langem hin und her durftexich dann doch schon nach 14 uhr einchecken , da ich schon um 17 uhr einen termin hatte , offiziell darf msn erst sb 16 uhr einchecken ( ist sehr spät ) ich wollte gerne für 20 minuten kn den pool ist nicht möglich man muss das spapaket buchen für 19 euro ......habe ich nicht gemacht .....hotel sehr teuer , in der nähe gibt es unterkünfte für ein drittel des Preises......
