Excellent location

Location was great and the property was quaint. Room is a bit small and no outlet in bathroom for access to a when getting ready for the day. Bed :-/.

The properly is very well located to walk e erywhere and there is parking available on door step. The room was new, spacious and clean including a new bathroom. We only had a face towel for the 2 of us and I would suggest to have at least one face towel for guest. There a Vetuo nespresso machine in the room which is a very nice touch. However, I would have liked a kettle in the communal area for tea. The downside is that the property is very noisy, guests are coming and going at any time slamming doors (sleeping not the best) and the seagulls never shut up ( but not much anyone could do about that). Check in and check out super easy. I recommend for a short stay

First time staying here,for a Scottish Woman’s Rugby party before going to the World Cup.Good luck ladies.We will recommend this stay to friends and family,good nights sleep,bed very comfy,right next to free parking car park,central for all amenities,thanks to Lindsay who was very helpful.We will be back.

Great location, check in was easy & parking was available close by. The apartment was very clean and styled nicely. Minutes walk to all we needed, golf courses, beach, shopping and pubs & restaurants.

Lovely property, conveniently location and very clean. The lady that takes care of it was fantastic. She made it a great place to stay.

Great location, quiet and value for money. Clean, comfortable and bathrooms were shiny & new.

Small rooms with a good shower. Guest house is unmanned and had to go to nearby hotel to pay for the stay. The grap-and-go breakfast was a few bars, but there are plenty of great places nearby serving breakfast.

The rooms are very small but just enough for a few days stay.

We spent one night in a small but cozy double room. Bathroom was spacious and nicely updated. Contactless check in was perfect.

Really easy to access. Rooms are lovely and comfortable with everything you need. Bathroom is small but recently refurbished and is very luxurious. Loved the soap products too.

Great spot when visiting St Andrews!

Loved the property but couldn’t get inside ! Self check in notice on the door - had to call another property to get a code. It’s not a big deal just at the end of a long busy day I wanted to be inside. Lovely place though .. Needed extra milk and nobody available to offer

Great location and easy and clear communication about the arrival information. Toilet was also nicely decorated and new. Just need a towel rack. Perfect for our needs
