2019年末にオープンしたホテルですが、設備や対応は申し分なく、快適に過ごしました。レストランで夕食を頂きましたが、非常に内容のレベルが高く、非常に満足しました。朝食もゆっくり楽しみました。尋ねる事がありレスプションに電話、その時は繋がらなかったのですが、折り返しレセプションから電話を貰いました。非常に行き届いている印象を持ちました。

I decided to book a spa break abroad as a solo traveller. From the very moment I waked into the hotel I felt welcomed and relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble. Every single member of staff no matter what their position, was courteous and helpful. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and taken care of. Travel to and from the airport was seamless. Although I arrived after midnight, the staff on duty was welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself has been designed and thought of through to the very scent of the place, it just oozes sophistication and relaxation. It is peaceful and quiet , even though in the middle of a busy city. I had two spa treatments which were absolutely outstanding. The spa staff incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I also trained in the gym which has technogym equipment which was maintained, working and very clean with staff to assist you if you needed a drink or a towel. The room was an experience in itself, a freestanding bath and a view of the most beautiful landscape of Nicosia and the surrounding hills through the dual aspect windows. The electronic controls of the bedroom, the curtains and the lighting was a beautiful touch through to the coffees and elemis toiletries. The restaurant was beautiful and the food, exceptional. A huge mention to all of the staff who made my stay so very pleasant and relaxing. I have no doubt I will return to experience this again. MAP Otel’de geçirdiğimiz iki gece boyunca her şey çok özenliydi. Oda hem temiz hem de konforluydu; özellikle sessizlik ve uyku kalitesi harikaydı. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Konum olarak da kolay ulaşılabilir bir yerde. Kıbrıs’a tekrar gelirsem ilk tercih ederim.

The room was large. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The bar & restaurant were very nice. Every employee treated us really well.

Excellent stay. Attentive polite and friendly staff who are an asset to the hotel. Nester breakfast waiter and both staff at reception on the 4/7/25 were exceptional. Contemporary decor, clean and very high tech rooms with comfortable furniture . Breakfast superb and tailored made. Only small issue the fridge was not working properly. Would have been Helpful if they signposted us to the relevant car park before check in as it is on a busy road . Would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff’s attitude was disappointing and did not meet expectations. The room rate—~$300 per night—felt significantly overpriced given the standard of service and overall experience, especially for Nicosia. Unfortunately, the value just isn’t there. Would you like a version that’s more formal or more casual, depending on where you plan to post it?

The staff was all lovely and very helpful, the hotel is just outside the historic old walls so quick and easy to get into the beautiful old town. Close to many restaurants and bars and a lot of shopping! We enjoyed our stay

A lovely hotel with stylish modern rooms and a great restaurant placed right in the city centre a few minutes walk from the old city

Lovely staff. Spacious, comfortable room with nice balcony. Delicious breakfast options, and dinner was very tasty. As nice as they are, I would prefer not to have small single use facial products.

Very nice hotel, very clean and superb location

This hotel doesn't has their own parking lot. Hotel guest have to pay 12 euros each night at the next door parking lot. I think the hotel must pay their guest's parking fee.
