立地もよく部屋もきれい、静かで良かった。

値段以上に、部屋がきれいで、朝食も種類が多くて、とてもよかったです。また泊まりたいです。おすすめです。

Helt ok. Personalet er hjelpsomme, men gir deg ikke inntrykk av at du er velkommen. Uttrykket er flatt. Toalettet i leiligheten luktet ikke godt. Kjøleskapet på rommet var en liten minibar. Det fungerer dårlig for 2 personer. Ikke nok plass.

Rene rom. Hyggelig med kaffemaskin på rommet.

The rooms don't have own hot tub which would of been nice they only have a communal shared hot tub, the rooms are massive over 2 levels and made me say wow when I saw the upstairs, very comfortable, would of been better if they have room with 2 beds without the sofa bed

Room clean, staff helpful and pleasant atmosphere..

Perfect base to explore Krakow. Room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed including fridge ( stocked with a mini bar) microwave, hob, safe, ironing board and super hot and powerful shower. Everything was spotless and when the outside temperature was -12 our room was warm and cosy. The breakfast had everything you could think off, from cereal, bacon, eggs to homemade jams, fresh honey comb and everything inbetween. The reception area is staffed 24 hours a day and staff are friendly and helpful. It is also in a great location 5 minute walk up the road and you are in the centre of the Old Town Square. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Most of the rooms in this hotel do not have a window and only have skylights. Most of the receptionists I met were really unfriendly and unhelpful. When I complained about the room, he said, “May be next time you have to book another hotel in Krakow.” Very good advice, I will do exactly that.

Great property Very spacious room. Very close to tour pick uod. Loads of dinning options near by.

Went for a four day visit to the city. Unfortunately on the first day my wife stood on smashed glass that was in our room and missed by the cleaner. This did not go down well and put a downer on the hotel overall. But we carried on. Next day was fine. Weather great for exploring. We woke up for a shower the next morning and there was no hot water. The hotel tried to tell us that it was all over the city. It wasnt. Every cafe and restaurant still had lovely hot water so we went back and complained again. The staff smirked and admitted it was their boiler and it would be done that day. It wasnt. We finally had hot water again just before we left on the last morning. The hotel offered a refund of two nights. Unfortunately i do not believe we have received it.

La unica pega: No merece la pena coger desayuno en el hotel. Es demasiado caro, hay sitios cercanos donde se puede desayunar por una tercera parte. Recomiendo las cafeterías lajkonik cercanas o en la propia habitacion comprnado en el carrefour de enfrente.Del resto muy bien, decoracion, situacion (a 5 min del centro), habitacion espaciosa, con nevera, mini cocina.

We liked this property very much. It was in an ideal location with the town walkable in one direction and the Jewish area in the other. There was a supermarket opposite for anything we needed. Having said that, drinks and snacks in the minibar were very reasonably priced. Staff at reception were very friendly and accommodating. The only feedback we can give is that the room lacked a full length mirror and we missed the cleaning a couple of days because we were in the room late afternoon with do not disturb on our door. Perhaps cleaning could be done a little earlier. Thank you for a great stay. If we were to return to the area we would definitely stay again.

Great location to visit Krakow. Close to the train station and the Old town. Very clean and comfortable. I will stay again next time I visit.
