The property looks like a five star hotel but unfortunately it is not. It is understaffed, staff are not always helpful…(some staff are excellent but clearly too far stretched) whilst others are poor.A leaking shower base meant my trousers got wet, instead of offering to sort them (as I would expect for a conde Nast hotel) I was told to dry them with a hairdryer. No turn down service, and we were offered a free drink to compensate, asked for baileys - but there was a huge problem with that and we were just given wine to take home instead. Somebody needs to go in and sort this team out to get them working together as a team and more staff should be recruited!

Perfect location near St. James tube station and many of the main attractions. But also, very quiet area. The staff is super helpful. This was my 2nd time here and will be back

A beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, a few comments. When we first arrived, we were put in an accessible room - the bathroom had no barrier for the shower to allow for wheelchair access. However, this meant that there was nothing to stop the water from flowing to other areas of the bathroom. This resulted in the entire floor being covered in at least 1 cm of water, since it wasn't able to drain properly. When we informed the front desk, they moved us to another room which was greatly appreciated. Another strange thing is that there is the brightest green light in the room on the ceiling - unsure of what it's purpose is. It's so bright that it illuminates the entire room at nighttime. If you require pitch black to sleep, please take note. We ended up putting a sticky note over it to try to dim the light a bit, which did help.

This property should not be considered a five star hotel, false advertisement I truly feel as though I’ve been ripped off all the things I expected from a five star hotel they did not have in the rooms like refrigerators, microwaves, blankets, etc.
