Good hotel

Modern hotel but not high service. Check in was not so welcome as I expected, staff didn’t care of me Gym indication are really poor, difficult to find it, really poor room with few tools Breakfast good

Ein super, ruhiges und zentral gelegenes Hotel. Top Ausstattung! Sehr vielfältiges Frühstück, auch für verschiedene Unverträglichkeiten ist gesorgt! Die Aussicht aus den höher gelegenen Zimmern ist beeindruckend. Auch ein kleines, aber ausreichendes Gym steht zur Nutzung rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal! Wir würden definitiv nochmal kommen! ☺️

Breakfast is horrible. Food option is limited and is never enough to cater for so many guests. Even have to queue up for coffee. It’s not a pleasure to take breakfast there.

Misleading information from the front desk caused me to lose 150euro in a booking which should’ve been cancelled. When trying to figure it out, the online customer service was uncollaborative. It took me almost a month of mailing back and forth and a threat of chargeback for them to even send me an invoice, despite asking multiple times. I was travelling for work, so I’m fine if I just get an invoice for the charges, but no.

brekfast could be bit wider with possibilities.

Bem localizado, muito moderno e confortável

Great stay at the hotel, Breakfast buffet was great with a huge selection to choose from. Original room was on the 2nd floor but asked reception if there was anything else available with a nicer view, found us a corner room on level 14. Perfect stay

Ein super schönes Hotel Wir haben die Junior Suite gebucht Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen - wir hatten eine gute Aussicht, hätten aber eine bessere Aussicht haben können, da wir zum größten Teil auf die Parkplätze geschaut haben. Am besten direkt bei der Buchung als Wunsch eine Junior Suite mit Blick auf die Hochhäuser angeben

Me encantó la ubicación, muy conectado con todo tipo de transporte, tiendas, restaurantes, cafés, todo cerca. El hotel brinda un excelente servicio de restaurante

Très belle expérience. Les suites sont spacieuses est très agréables. Une douche moderne vient couronner le tout.

Receptionists were very friendly & helpful, but I didn’t like that I was overcharged at the bar for drinks; I feel like I was overcharged.
