早めに到着したのですが、チェックイン時に部屋が空いていなかったので、一旦出て後で戻ることにしました。受付係は、予約していた4人部屋ではなく、1階の6人部屋へのアップグレードを提案してくれました。部屋の臭いがひどいと苦情を言ったところ、すぐに2階の4人部屋に変更されました。ホテルには4人部屋が空いているとのことでしたが、別の部屋に案内されましたが、改善されませんでした。空気は酸っぱくて湿っぽく、防音もされていませんでした。

とても素敵なホテルで、サービスも良く、BTS 駅まで行くためのトゥクトゥクもホテルにありました。

Very clean place, attentive front desk personnel, easy to find, and within walking distance from MRT Lumphini. They even provide a free shuttle tuktuk to Saladaeng BTS.

Very cozy with modern vibe hotel and friendly service from staff. The room is very clean and organized interior. Just that the wall is a little thin, I could hear some noise from next door and mistook it as a knocking. Overall, I have a good time here during my stay.

We booked the room for 4 person. Very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The recepsionist was also very informative and kind. And the free shuttle using tuktuk to the nearest BTS was also great! One input would be: installation of cloth hanger in the shower room would be nice!

Room is nice and clean. Triple bed perfect for us: 2 adults and 2 toddlers. The weather was very hot so walking to the bts felt far, though it is not that far. Service was excellent. Kids were happy with the pool. 💖.

The quality of this hotel is pretty good. I'll book it for my next trip to Thailand.

Amazing experience and friendly staff. Big toilets and sleeping area too. The pool was relaxing and quite empty early in the morning.

Stay here for 4 nights. The first impression when step into the hotel is the fresh-smeling, so love that scent. The lobby and the room so pretty, just love that decoration. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. And have 711 nearby, around 3mins walking. There is no reason for not staying here. Everything is perfect.

Khách sạn vị trí thuận lợi, thơm, sạch sẽ. Phòng đẹp như hình tuy nhiên cách âm không được tốt lắm. Nhân viên rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình. team mình vì bị kẹt ở quầy tax về trả phòng trễ mà khách sạn vẫn support không tính phí. nếu có cơ hội back lại Bangkok thì vẫn chọn nơi đây ♡

Tôi thật sự rất hài lòng với thái độ phục vụ của lễ tân tại khách sạn. Đồng thời rất hài lòng với chất lượng dịch vụ, chất lượng phòng tại đây. Nếu quay trở lại Thái Lan tôi sẽ tiếp tục chọn khách sạn này

- Tất cả mọi người từ nhân viên lễ tân, dọn dẹp phòng đến bảo vệ đều rất lịch sự và vui vẻ. Đặc biệt các bạn lễ tân nói Tiếng Anh rất tốt. - Khách sạn sạch sẽ, mọi thứ trang trí cơ bản và dễ thương. Họ hạn chế đồ nhựa nên chai nước là chai thuỷ tinh, rất dễ thương. - Nếu bạn chọn phòng có ăn sáng, bữa sáng sẽ là set menu của tiệm Toby’s ngay dưới sảnh G, chủ yếu là toast, khá ngon.

Phòng rộng & có đầy đủ dụng cụ cần thiết. Nhân viên lễ phép, lịch sự. Tầng 3 có máy tự giặt ủi, mọi người đổi tiền xu để có thể giặt đồ. Vị trí đi bộ từ BTS Lumphini tầm gàn 5 phút (băng qua đường : ơi bắt tiện), nếu đến BTS Sala Deng đi bộ tầm 10 phút nhưng không cần băng qua đường.
