駅から右に少し歩いたら到着します徒歩1分かからないです。チェックイン時間より少し早めに着いたのですがお部屋の用意ができていたので早めに案内してもらえました。待ち時間もなかったです。チェックイン時にシティマップと簡単な案内もしてくれました。どのスタッフの方もホテル出入りの際は挨拶をしてくれますし、女子1人旅でも安全で安心してすごせました。 おすすめです

立地、施設の清潔さはよかったですが、アメニティがイマイチでした。チェックインにもかなりの時間がかかり、かなり待たされました

最寄駅からすぐという利便性が最大のポイントです。

地下鉄バイシャ・シアード駅からすぐ。リスボンの石畳の道をキャリーケースを引いて歩くのは大変。それが外に出て約60歩で着くのでとっても便利。サンタ・ジュスタのエレベーターやカルモ修道院、コメルシオ広場も徒歩圏内。 部屋はとても広くて快適。冷蔵庫があったのは、暑い時期だったので嬉しかった。 アメニティはシャンプーと石鹸、シャワーキャップのみ。HPにはシャワージェルと書いてあったがシャンプーが2本だったので、間違えて置いたのかも知れない。 シャワー室の排水が悪かったのが唯一の難点。 フロントの対応は丁寧で、私は直接何かを尋ねたりすることはなかったが、他の宿泊者の方たちに親身になって色々調べたりして対応している姿をよく見かけた。 次に来た時にはまたこちらを利用したいと思う。

Good location close to the metro, making it easy to get to the Sete Rios bus station. The room was clean and spacious. It was a bit noisy from the street at night, but otherwise, it was a good stay overall.

Bra och trevligt hotell mitt i centrum. Nära till allt. Frukosten var ok. Bra luftkonditionering, svalt och skönt på rummet.

Odamızda su ısıtıcı vardı ama kahve ve su yoktu. Ayrıca otele giriş saat 04:00 pm de ve çok geç. Check in esnasında resepsiyon güler yüzlüydü fakat check out esnasında görevli bayan arkadaş çok kaba ve sıkıntılı birisi. Ben bir daha kalmam aynı bölgede daha güzel oteller var.

Hotel muito bem localizado em Lisboa, na região do Chiado, perto de tudo, fácil acesso a estação de trem, ônibus, etc. Em frente fica o pub The George que adoramos! Super recomendo esse hotel! Quarto amplo, muito confortável, banheiro ótimo tbm. Café da manhã bom..

We stayed here for 3 nights and the air conditioning in our room was not working. It was extremely hot and they didn't even offer to change us rooms.

The hotel was in a good location. The staff tried their best to be helpful. The room and breakfast we’re mediocre.

Hotel bem localizado, staff atencioso e quarto bom. Contudo, como ficamos no primeiro andar, tinha um pouco de barulho da rua até tarde, mas nada que incomodasse tanto.

Localização do lado metro baixo-chiado , hotel limpo e organizado com funcionários super simpáticos e solicitos .

Great, clean property and location. Front desk staff was excellent. Only thing I would say is they could use a few more amenities in the room like a safe, Kleenex.

This is a basic hotel - with spacious rooms and a good location....but not much else. Which is fine if that's what you are looking for. But don't expect a 'hotel' experience. I've stayed here twice (for very short stays).
