立地、施設の清潔さはよかったですが、アメニティがイマイチでした。チェックインにもかなりの時間がかかり、かなり待たされました

最寄駅からすぐという利便性が最大のポイントです。

地下鉄バイシャ・シアード駅からすぐ。リスボンの石畳の道をキャリーケースを引いて歩くのは大変。それが外に出て約60歩で着くのでとっても便利。サンタ・ジュスタのエレベーターやカルモ修道院、コメルシオ広場も徒歩圏内。 部屋はとても広くて快適。冷蔵庫があったのは、暑い時期だったので嬉しかった。 アメニティはシャンプーと石鹸、シャワーキャップのみ。HPにはシャワージェルと書いてあったがシャンプーが2本だったので、間違えて置いたのかも知れない。 シャワー室の排水が悪かったのが唯一の難点。 フロントの対応は丁寧で、私は直接何かを尋ねたりすることはなかったが、他の宿泊者の方たちに親身になって色々調べたりして対応している姿をよく見かけた。 次に来た時にはまたこちらを利用したいと思う。

We liked the way the hotel was decorated - nice but not formal. Our room was spacious. The ac was on a timer of sorts and it kept getting hot. The pillows were not comfortable, but the bed was. The breakfast was very tasty. Our room was not sound proofed from the outside and it was terribly noisy all night during our stay.

The hotel ist very well located, everything 5 mins walk. For a 4stars Hotel could be better I think, the breakfast was disappointing, I wouldn’t recommend. In the area there are a lot of brunch and breakfast places to go, way better than the one the hotel offers. Internet was fast. That’s a major point and staff friendly.

Hotel muito novo e muito em localizado Quartos com bom tamanho, cama confortável. Precisa melhorar apenas a iluminação no box do chuveiro. De resto tudo certo. Me hospedaria novamente neste hotel

We were very pleased with our stay. The room was surprisingly spacious, especially by European standards. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was practical and well-equipped. The hotel is in a very central location, just steps away from the metro and many other attractions. The reception staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Honestly, I believe the hotel deserves a much higher rating than it currently has, it truly exceeded our expectations. One small thing to mention is, the area can be a bit noisy at times, as there’s a pub directly across the street. So if you're sensitive to noise at night, you might prefer a quieter location. That said, we personally enjoyed the lively atmosphere, so it wasn't an issue for us.

This hotel is located in one of the prettiest areas in Lisbon!! Everything worth seeing is within walking distance, can’t beat the location for the price!!! some reviews mention it being loud at night, we stayed in a room with windows to the alley and the street and experienced very little if any noise at night. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and bigger than average, the breakfast could be better but it wasn’t bad, just not a lot of choices but we appreciated that it had fruit, yogurt, cereal, scrambled eggs, sweets, ham, cheese and coffee, sounds like a lot but other hotels usually have way more than this. No big deal though, the location is great and we’d stay here again any time!

L' hotel ha rispecchiato le nostre aspettative, dallo staff molto accogliente alla colazione deliziosa. Inoltre é stato l'unico albergo che ci ha permesso di fare il check in alle 9 del mattino consegnandoci la stanza. Unico neo porta del bagno trasparente in camera.

Convenient area, nice place

Hotel was basic, but good overall. My AC didn’t work properly.

We had 2 rooms here. They were both clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The location was perfect. We were one block from the busy noise- and yet our building was quiet. It was easy to walk everywhere and we felt very safe in this area. (For reference, it was a 14 minute walk from the fort (Castelo de Sao Jorge), 5 minute walk to the Arch and Commerce Square, and easy to get to hop on/ hop off bus)

Nice hotel, clean, excellent friendly service. Street in front rather noisy but your in the middle of the centre of Lissabon.

Hotellet kändes mer som ett 3-stjärnigt än ett 4-stjärnigt. Rummet var rymligt och rent men något slitet – gardinen var trasig, skrivbordet hade flagnande färg och det var dåligt med belysning. Det fanns inga riktiga glas, bara pappersmuggar, vilket drog ner helhetsintrycket. Inte heller schampo eller balsam, endast duschgel och en tvål. Läget var däremot extremt bra, med gångavstånd till det mesta Lissabon har att erbjuda. Kan inte säga något om frukosten då vi inte är frukost på hotellet.

Localisation parfaite. propreté moyenne. Petite chambre (105) avec 2 fenêtres donnant sur un édifice abandonné avec fenêtres cassées, déprimant! Personnel gentil.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast needs updating, it’s not fresh, not much hot food or variation. The evening depending on the room, was noisy with the bin men would be collecting.
