駅から右に少し歩いたら到着します徒歩1分かからないです。チェックイン時間より少し早めに着いたのですがお部屋の用意ができていたので早めに案内してもらえました。待ち時間もなかったです。チェックイン時にシティマップと簡単な案内もしてくれました。どのスタッフの方もホテル出入りの際は挨拶をしてくれますし、女子1人旅でも安全で安心してすごせました。 おすすめです

立地、施設の清潔さはよかったですが、アメニティがイマイチでした。チェックインにもかなりの時間がかかり、かなり待たされました

最寄駅からすぐという利便性が最大のポイントです。

地下鉄バイシャ・シアード駅からすぐ。リスボンの石畳の道をキャリーケースを引いて歩くのは大変。それが外に出て約60歩で着くのでとっても便利。サンタ・ジュスタのエレベーターやカルモ修道院、コメルシオ広場も徒歩圏内。 部屋はとても広くて快適。冷蔵庫があったのは、暑い時期だったので嬉しかった。 アメニティはシャンプーと石鹸、シャワーキャップのみ。HPにはシャワージェルと書いてあったがシャンプーが2本だったので、間違えて置いたのかも知れない。 シャワー室の排水が悪かったのが唯一の難点。 フロントの対応は丁寧で、私は直接何かを尋ねたりすることはなかったが、他の宿泊者の方たちに親身になって色々調べたりして対応している姿をよく見かけた。 次に来た時にはまたこちらを利用したいと思う。

The hotel was in an excellent location, but was a little worn. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The carpet in the room definitely has seen its better days. Some of the staff were rude throughout our stay. The breakfast didn’t have a lot of options. All in all if you’re looking for an affordable hotel in an excellent location and want the basics, this may be your place.

Très bien situé 1 minute de marche de metro

Clean room with good matress. Big plus that checkout and Breakfast are until 12.00. There is no door for the toilet. Just around the corner of the bed. Breakfast is good, but refilling when something is finished, may never happen.

Great location, very close to the metro and lots of great restaurants nearby. AC wasn't very strong and our power kept cutting off. Basic room but it did the job.

Malheureusement le personnels étaient peu souriants. De plus il y avait beaucoup de bruit dans la rue. Nous devions nous coucher tôt et vers 22:30 beaucoup de bruits et devions gens qui criaient dans la rue. J’ai demandé de changer de chambre mais on m’a refusé. C’était très froid comme communication. Je ne vais pas y retourner.

Café da manhã sem muita variedade. Não há disponibilidade de água para os hóspedes, nem na recepção. O ar-condicionado não funcionava a contento.

Very good value for money and enjoyed the central location. Room was large and very clean.

Air conditioner doesn’t work properly. Washroom needs updated. Floor is dirty. I booked 7 days. Because I checked out at late night that’s why I stayed 2 nights and cancelled the following 5 days. Even the manager offered me to change another room but I lost the confidence on them. They are marked 4 stars, actually I say it is only 3 stars. Overpriced.

Location: EXCELLENT! In the Old Town, just few minutes walk from Baixa-Chiado Metro Station as well as from various other tourist spots. Staff: EXTREMELY HELPFUL. Breakfast: Great! NOTE: We had to leave our luggage for an extra-day after we checked-out because we were making a day-trip to Seville. The hotel staff was very helpful in accommodating our request. Thank you, again.

Unfortunately the room wasn't totally clean, there was dirt on the carpet. And the desk has chips out of the surface so it looked old and poorly maintained. There were also no glasses, only paper cups. There was a lack of detail like a soap bar in the bathroom but no holder to put it in. It was a fine stay, but I definitely didn't consider it a 4 star establishment. Air con was good and bed was comfy.
