ここは良くも悪くも特別な場所で､普通のアパートだと思って利用すると困ったことになるかもしれない。 　例えば､浴室とベッドが上階にあり急な階段を登降しなければならない､上下階とも外壁はは全面ガラス壁で放熱が多く温まりにくく、また、完全に視線を遮れない（解放的）等どちらかと言うと､名前のとおり夏向きでレジャー感覚で利用する所と思う。 　立地としては､中心部まで川沿いに１５分、川向こうの大型ショッピングセンターEAST GATEまで１０分､長距離バスターミナルまで5分程度で行ける。（要地図確認） 　キッチン付きのゆったりできるアパートとして､価格が手頃であれば利用価値はあると思う。

gute Zentrumslage, die Umgebung eher heruntergekommen, die Ausstattung sehr knapp.

Easy 15 minutewalk to the main part of town

Apartment wasn't like the description. There wasn't microwave or other kitchen utensils. The pool and yard was minisize. I didn't like the place at all.

El apartamento pequeño es muy diferente al resto de apartamentos. Esta en un estado muy dejado y no es cómodo. El baño es de uso incómodo.

Good apartment in great location.walking distance from the centre. The pool is clean and nice. We arrived at night and there were excellent instructions on how to find the apartment. Easy to communicate with the owners. I really recommend their trip to the Millenium cross, Matka canyon, and villa with amazing pool and view.

Fint og hyggelig sted å være på. Veldig imøtekommende og hyggelige verter som var behjelpelige med alt de kunne. Koselig sted (inne på området) med et lite basseng å kjøle seg ned i. Renholdet var greit nok. Tydelig at stedet er av eldre stand. Luksus er å ta litt hardt i, men det var absolutt et fint opphold.

Very nice stay and Eleonara was a great hostess.

Güler yüzle karşılandık oda gayet yeterli ve 2 kişi için büyüktü. Konforlu bir şekilde tatilimizi geçirdik.

Standards non accettabili per le mie esigenze

Perfect for me, just a ten minute walk along the river from the city centre and five minutes from the bus station. Takes a little finding first time, but after that easy and in a quiet residential area. Room was clean and had all I needed, you do need to get in touch with the owners before arriving though, as the reception is not permanently manned. Would happily stay again when in the city.

Fantastiskt boende centralt läge med närhet till allt väsentligt. Detta rum är något slitet, men det finns rum i etage och de är superfina. Stort plus för poolen och suveräna värdar som gjorde allt för sina gäster. Kan varmt rekommenderas både för korta och långa resor!

Heerlijk hotelletje op een leuke plek. De tuin is een oase midden in de stad. Wij hadden een goedkope kamer en die mag wel opgeknapt worden. Gezien de prijs echter ook wel weer logisch. Wij zouden zeker terugkomen.

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment complex is close to the central bus station and within walking distance of the city centre. The only thing that was disappointing was that the specific room we had booked on hotels.com was not the one we received. We specifically paid extra for the room with the table fashioned from a well, with a microwave, but received a different one (without both of these things). We were told it was already occupied and didn't receive compensation for this. Despite this, we did enjoy our stay. We used the pool and loved that they had vending machines for coffee, beer and soft drinks...a nice touch! Closest supermarket was only a couple of minutes walk away, which was very useful.

Odaların bakıma ihtiyacı var. Temizlik yetersiz. Konumu güzel.

Heel lekker zwembad. Ophalen en wegbrengen naar vliegveld goed geregeld. Goede kamer met airco, koelkast en goede douche.

We loved Skopje and the couple that owns the hotel is super helpful with everything!! We can really recommend it👍👍
